Will be reheating some wonderful Taco Soup we made earlier this week, will have some cheese & sour cream added (and probably a bit more hot sauce). Serving with melted queso blanco with jalapeno & tortilla chips on the side. DELICIOUS!

I feel the pain your son is feeling, we lost our last one on 2/17/12. My eldest right now is showing the signs of slowing down and we are hoping it will be a while yet before we need to think about what to do. My wishes for your son (and you) are that I hope his heart not completely break and may his memories help ease some of his grieving. (((HUGS)))

Already had a glass of merlot, might have another or so Got dinner in the crockpot = taco soup. Boy does it smell good right now! Sorry, I don't care about the game & I'll probably go read a book in a bit and get ready to head to work tomorrow. DH will probably watch for a bit. Got a new Shark Navigator Lift-Away (for pet hair) and it is WONDERFUL! No complaints at all. Our old Hoover WindTunnell is going to be donated to one of the thrift shops - still works just doesn't SUCK like this new one does.

We've done only a 1/2 sandwich (open faced) topped with a bit of cheddar and melted in toaster oven or under broiler. and thanks for the idea of something we haven't had for a while -> I see a new menu item in the future
