Been watching the coverage. So so sad ..... 2 dead & unknown other injuries or involvement. Students coming out with arms up ..... Wishes & thoughts to everyone involved and impacted out there ..... and a side note -- what is it about that area of Colorado? not trying to start something but this is the 4-6 incedent in that area. edited to add: they have found the shooter and "he" is dead. more information will be coming ....

Sorry for your loss. If you don't find someone, consider donating them to the Shelter. They could be used to dress up small dogs or puppies -- you know to make them cuter to get adopted. Thanks for offering them ..... GT -- your girl is precious!

I went there too. But they are 2 different topics and for 2 different places in our home which is why I created 2 topics. I need someone who can install wood flooring, will need some weaving into an existing wood floor AND a need a tile contractor. They need not be the SAME person.

Laws have been in place for a the last few years about using contractors and treating them like employees vs hiring contracting firms for your "temp" personal. In addition, the laws have been quiet specific about full-time vs 32 hours or less benefits. You can't treat contractors or "part-time" like employees and expect them not to get benefits.

Yes - Got snow here too. Looked out the window when I first got up and said "WHOA". We got about 1/4 - 1/2 inch on deck/rails, cars and lawn. Hard to believe it is so early this year. They are saying we are about wrapped up for today, should warm up just a bit. Be careful out there ....

I haven't baked a pie in a long time and got frozen crusts for the shell (much better than I can do after this long ) and was debating on how long to thaw before filling - and whether to thaw in Frig or on counter. What do you do? Recipe I'm trying is baked in UNBAKED deep dish pie shell.
