^ I just substitued "I've quit" to "NO". Haven't smoked for almost a year (but would in a heartbeat but I know it would be wrong). I've adopted the "just say no" compaign and try to find distractions when needed -- walking, pencils, lemon drops (sugar free), or just telling myself I must. It will not be easy as it is more of getting your mind to tell your hand and body that it is not an option, but you can do it if you take each impulse and just say "no". good luck & best wishes .... let us help support you when needed!

I'd get a blood test or 2 just to make sure nothing has changed (like thyroid). Then you can attribute the loss to genes and age ..... Can't think of the shampoo right this second, but it is specifically targeted to women who have gone through chemo to help in the restoration of har -- I would get that and use it. good luck!

FYI, I'm paying less than that for covered parking ($80), and if I want to walk a couple of more blocks, I could get it for around $65 to $70. Plus there are a lot of lots where you can get them for $4 / day if you get there early. I'm about in the same area as you. I'm at work about 6 / 6:30 ish and leave around 3ish, commute is about 45-50 minutes generally. And I'm also working from home more which helps I've previously worked in the Cumberland area and Perimeter -- both took me about the same time because I'm slightly "off hours" of the big crowds. Please consider adopting me. I will need to be neutered and get a rabies shot, but other than that, I've been here a long time and am still really healthy. These people call me "MILO", but I was named at the shelter and I have learned my name (I'm sure smart). I can be renamed easily and I'll still come if you call me.
