I think you have gotten some good ideas I don't know what you are going to get, but I think you need to add one thing which will really show your appreciation for their business/contacts with you ..... A hand written thank you note. I'm completely serious. Too much today is about electronics or minimal contact (like do business and move on, don't acknowledge that we exist after payment). No one stops and says thanks for coming to me as opposed to the gabillion other people we could have been working with. An old fashioned sincerely written note would go a long way and I think i

I woke up too .... that is ALWAYS a great thing Had slight situations this morning which I thought would set me back, I was able to stay on track and picked up steam this afternoon (all good news). Got an extra errand done this afternoon, one less for later this week. Might have to have a short list for DH tomorrow or Wednesday, still playing that by ear and may be able to hold off to Thursday or the weekend --- but bills are paid and 98.9% of xmas is bought and on its way. Recent breakins not withstanding, to hear a garage door opening in the middle of the night and know it is not a family member would scare the livin' bejeeveous out of me... She is sure looking good, as I knew she would in your hands!! FYI ... if you need new outfits for her, the shelter is selling some really cute ones for about $5 each (and leashes and collars too). The staff is trying to raise some funds for the "block party" and for other animal needs.

I've do something similar with the grocery stores "$$ off if you spend X" coupons, when I know I'm not going to use it and see someone I know could use it OR have done that at Kohls with $$ off that I'm not going to use -- there is always someone who could use them, so pass them on!! We already bought a tablet to "share", which he has promptly taken over : .... He already bought a couple of items I was going to get him, so I'm not going to get him but a couple of little items. I'm going to get him a couple of "CDs" which he can download/upload to the tablet, a sweater he has mentioned, and maybe something else. Not much.
