I've heard what seem to be explosions in the New GA area for the last 10 minutes. I'm used to hearing gun shots or other types of loud noises but this seems to be much more. Anybody know anything?

A woman saw the puppies and called the police. The officer found the puppies freezing out in the cold. Henry County Animal Control then reached out to Friends To The Forlorn - a pit bull rescue group. Volunteers in Paulding County then picked up the puppies -
