Wake Up Breakfast Casserole (Serves 8 frozen has brown patties 4 cups or 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese 1 pound or 2 cups cubed, cooked ham 7 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard Preheat oven to 350. Grease 13 x 9 baking dish. Place hash brown patties in a single layer in the baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and ham. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over ham.   5. This is the quickest fudge you have ever made! 2 Ingredient Fudge = cover 8 x 8 baking pan with foil and lightly butter the foil. Make sure to wrap foil over edges of pan. 1 bag Nestle milk chocolate chips 1 container creamy milk chocolate frosting (Betty Crocker)***not the whipped**** OPTIONS: Raisins, nuts, cherries Place chocolate chips in a glass bowl, microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix 1 Box Instant powdered milk (The size that makes 8 quarts) 1 – 6 ounce jar powdered coffee creamer 1 – 2 pound box Nestle’s Quik 1 pound powdered sugar Mix all ingredients together in large container. White Chocolate-Peanut Butter Crunch 8 (2 oz) vanilla bark coating squares 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter 2 cups miniature marshmallows 2 cups crisp rice cereal 2 cups dry-roasted peanuts Microwave bark coating in a large glass bowl at HIGH 2 minutes or until melted, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Stir in marshmallows, cereal, and peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let stand 15 minutes or until firm. Store in airtight containers. PLACE 1 OPENED ROLO ON EACH PRETZEL. MICROWAVE FOR 15 SECONDS. TAKE OUT OF MICROWAVE AND QUICKLY PRESS 1 PECAN HALF IN THE MIDDLE OF EACH ROLO. LET COOL BEFORE TAKING OFF DISH.   12. Ms. Noreen was a wonderful Christian woman that loved her family. I had the pleasure of meeting her about 8 years ago at EPMS when our boys were playing football at the school. She and her husband were the parents you could always count on for help. She always had Christiana (making a fashion statement) with her when she was helping out the boys on football friday night.   15. A few things to consider. Are you going to do the food yourself? If so stick with a menu you can mostly make everything ahead. Sandwiches, cheese ball,spinach dip and crackers, fruit with dip, mints, nuts and punch. Are you going to buy trays of food? Are you going to have a sit down dinner? Will you need china, serving trays, silverware, wine glasses. If yes you can rent all these items from a party store.

  17. The Chop House is the best restaraunt in Pigeon Forge. It is at the Tanger outlet center. We just went over the weekend and did a dinner show at The Smith Family, it was awesome. My favorite show is still Black Bear Jamboree. It is a dinner show also. Hope you have fun. Doodlebug

  23. I have worked at Spirit Halloween the last 2 years in Hiram. Haunted graveyard is a great idea. Lots of people came in looking for haunted house to go to. Spirit was the one behind Chick=fil=a. We will be over at the Avenue on Dallas Highway this year. Hope to see you there. Doodlebug
