Wake Up Breakfast Casserole (Serves 8 frozen has brown patties 4 cups or 16 ounces shredded cheddar cheese 1 pound or 2 cups cubed, cooked ham 7 eggs 1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard Preheat oven to 350. Ms. Noreen was a wonderful Christian woman that loved her family. I had the pleasure of meeting her about 8 years ago at EPMS when our boys were playing football at the school. She and her husband were the parents you could always count on for help. She always had Christiana (making a fashion statement) with her when she was helping out the boys on football friday night. A few things to consider. Are you going to do the food yourself? If so stick with a menu you can mostly make everything ahead. Sandwiches, cheese ball,spinach dip and crackers, fruit with dip, mints, nuts and punch. Are you going to buy trays of food? Are you going to have a sit down dinner? Will you need china, serving trays, silverware, wine glasses. If yes you can rent all these items from a party store.
