  1. And with that I am done. I can see that this will get carried into something it's not intended to be.

I don't know Justin, but I wish him and EVERY Veteran all the best in the world. I wish him strength, health, and happiness. The life he chose is not the easiest but I hope he understands what he's done for this country is worth more than it's weight in gold. Goodd luck and Godspeed to him.

You seemed to agree with Freebird who seems to thinks that coming Home means that you have to be coming from somewhere outside the US. If you are all you say you are, then I don't understand why you would even commit in affirmative to Freebirds's remark.

  2. Simply because someone questioned it, does not equate to them not caring.

Then get off you arse and do something instead of asking stupid questions. Why do you care were he has been for 2 years? His wounds will be with him forever. That was a stupid an careless thing to say.

  3. What I can't figure is that Justin has been "home" over two years....

Justin was severly wounded after spending only 20 days in Iraq. He has spent all this time trying to recover, and he has not been truly "home" since. I think you are an ass, and I resent that comment. For those of you that care, he is scheduled to be coming into the Cartersvillle airport at 3pm Sunday. Due to bad weather the plans were were changed. To all of you who care, thank you, to those who don't, bite me and keep your smartasre opinions to yourself.

Oh, and by the way, all you liberal Pcom commies can bite me as well. The only reason I still post here is in the hopes that someone out there like havinfun will take notice. Thanks for the PGR flag havinfun. You are one of the good ones.

  4. I am getting my first motorcycle. I want to learn to ride on it SAFELY... I know there are schools out there that will teach you how.. Has anyone on PCOM gone and if so did you benefit from it?

Yes it is very helpful. I have been riding my whole life, but I had been off the streets for years when I started back street riding. I took the Riders Edge course at Atlanta Harley. It was worth it for all the information, plus you get your license.

  5. It would be great if we could get a lot of people to form flag lines down both sides of the downtown Dallas streets. We have about a 2 hour window. We could be coming through there anywhere from about 12:45pm to about 3:15pm. I wish we could narrow it down, and had more time to make everyone aware of this. I would love to see hundreds of people with flags as we pass through town.

  6. Well, as if it's not enough that a young life was taken away, those people from Westboro Baptist led by Fred Phelps have threatened to picket her funeral.

I say bring it on, her friends, including us are waiting for you.

Furthermore, take a look at the waste of humanity that killed her.

There was a memorial at Johnson Ferry Baptist today and her funeral is at Temple Kol Emuth in Marietta tomorrow. She was such a sweet, kind and beautiful girl. My son can't even stand to look at her burned out car on the news, he turns away because he remembers good times with her and their other friends in that same car. It is so hard on her family and all of her friends. It is one of those horrible things that make your children ask you "why?" and how could such evil befall a such a good person.

These people are the useless assbags that make the Patriot Guard necessary.

  7. Dang! I was racking my brain trying to figure out b/c I'm usually pretty good at remember people. Sorry!

    How is he doing, btw?

Good to see you again Bwitchy. At last a name from the "old days" I recognize.

  9. The federal tax money that is being used was collected as a tax on aviation fuel. The majority of the people in Paulding have not contributed to this tax at all. While I don't think a small airport is a bad thing, I also don't think it's going to do much in the way of jobs or tax base. Look at Cartersville. Even with the sizable fleet of corporate jets that are hangared there I doubt that there are over 100 jobs.

I don't think it even comes close to that.

  10. I have never ben to Double Vision...

but I do know there was a lot of fundraisers that went on there, as for as bike rides go....

I hope they the new owners contuine thier support in that regard...

I know who the guy is that bought it. I hope they do well there, but I don't think it will ever be the same. If I want somewhere to hang out now I just go to the Legion. Just makes sense ya know.
