I had a friend that did intense research on this...safecig seems to be the most effective. I have one and it's cut me back to half a pack a day (from 2 packs). It's not one of the flavored ones, it actually tastes like your smoking. Whatever you do...I would recommend Chantix to my dust bunnies under my bed.

Thank you. I love dinner. lol. DH is a Vet too. And my brother in law who was actually deployed during the first Gulf War Army, as well as my Dad, who was Navy, Me AF..hubby AF...need I go on. Here's to all of them.

Thank you gog8tors...I agree 100% especially since I've had a lot of family and friends over there. Luckily I wasn't, I got out right before the first Gulf War.

Oh well, I guess we'll have to wait until Veterans Day to Bless our troops.

I'm one,so go buy me presents...Seriously I'd like to thank all of our troops in advance that are suffering now and even suffer after they return home from the horrors that they see there, or the ordeal that go though. Talked to a young man today who was in the Army in Afghanistan...great kid, just a little screwed up now. It takes it toll. God Bless them all.

Bragging here. I have two of the best daughters than anyone could even ask for. I listen to my friends and issues they have with their kids and M&M rock.
