Thank you all so much. This is a tough one, he feels God has let him down. Long story but I know different. All he's wanted for the last 15 years was to be a grandpa, God has other plans for him.

God is good, and my mom is cancer free but here we are again. He's been part of our family for 50 years, so he's more like a brother. Going tomorrow for a biopsy on this thyroid. Thanks.

I tend to believe it's more of an AT&T problem instead of the roof. Ours has been up and down for several days now. Son worked on it yesterday, it seems a little better.

If you have kids be prepared to be told you need to leave the education of them to the professionals. If you're a teacher be prepared to be told it's all your fault Johnny isn't learning anything.

There are several protected forums on here. Political Forum, Religious Forum, Paulding Place, Scanning the County, Hell Hole at New Hope, convert condescension......I think that covers it. All the passwords are ON. Like that in Capital letters. You must be a female to enter the ladies forum, you have to send a message to a mod to get the password. And the Honky Tonk has a super secret password - YUK. Stick around, there are lots more little tricks you can find out about. Don't be skeered to ask questions............you will only get attacked by a couple of folks.

For the record, I have seen several slams against our current DA, in several threads. I don't see him on here threatening or trying to belittle anyone. I don't hear about him mailing letters threatening law suits. I have seen Mr. Donovan in the courtroom on several occasions, I was less than impressed. If you're not "someone" to him, it seems he has little time to prepare.

I don't think Donovan is the answer, I too think he has used very poor judgment. A good indication of the "real" person. When you run for public office there are some things you just need to let go of, coming on a local public board and "showing your @ss" is not quite as professional as a District Attorney should be. What's he gonna do when the police have botched a surefire case, sue the criminal or the police dept.??
