George is denying an affair... has been to her house. Looks like he is not a defense witness. Hopefully someone in that family wants justice for Caylee.

Casey did spend a lot of time at Baez's office when she was out on bond/under house arrest. This was before she was arrested for murder.

Vinnie's question of the day... What do you think George and Cindy believe about what happened to Caylee? Personally, I wouldn't want to know exactly what happened. I wouldn't want to know exactly how much my daughter made her suffer.

It seems to me that the defense really does not kniow what their witnesses are going to say... along those lines they don't seem to have prepared them for cross examinations. I am beginning to think Baez is really going for ineffectiveness of council. How that could happen when you have so many lawyers working for you is beyond me.

In Florida there is only a simple majority required to recommend the death penalty. Those 2 jurors won't be the reason she doesn't receive it.

I was catching up on some of the testimony on Tru TV and one of the commentators they had on was Lee Anthony's attourney. He was asked his opinion of Jose Baez & he said the barr assoc. frowns upon saying negative things about a fellow attourney, so they need to re-ask that question after Baez is no longer a lawyer! Absolutely cracked me up!!

The grandparents didn't report her missing for a month is because they thought Caylee was with her mother. Cindy was trying to talk with Caylee on the phone, but Casey always said she was asleep or out with friends... I know, but at some point they had to let Casey take Caylee. She was the parent and legal guardian. I don't believe the grandparents had anything to do with Caylee's death or that her father and brother molested her. I remember when Cindy first went on Nancy Grace looking for Caylee. It was not long before the callers where looking at Casey... She has been working on her

I am no expert by any means... but would a person who has been sexually abused by a parent since they were 8 years old be as bossy & petulant as Casey Anthony is with her parents? Personally, I believe that Casey was not abused, but more likely spoiled - given every thing she wants & never being told "no".

Whoever schedules the coutrooms has told the judge that they may use the courtroom. They have priority since proceedings have already started. Vinnie P. said that on Tru TV.

The anchors on TruTV are saying it probably has to do with the judges ruling on a defense motion regarding jury selection.

Jose Baez hasn't been in court today & the judge has suspended court for the rest of the day. Those are the facts, in my opinion the judge looked really angry.

I think he will be investigating Director Vance. Might be influenced by the end of Castle??!!!
