Every Christmas I have been making a sausage/egg casserole for breakfast --- just found out that I am the only one that really likes it.... I don't want to spend all morning making biscuits etc... Does anyone have any breakfast dishes that are make ahead & bake the morning of?

It was called for an elderly man who was either sick or injured in his home... There was no car accident involved. Does anyone know what happened on Austin Bridge Rd (near Ridge Road) last night around 8 pm? Edited to Correct smiley situation!
