    I love Crowsville I spent a good bit of my childhood riding my bike down that road. Some people can't help being snide it seems. P.S. I can also call crows, funny huh?

    The Grogan, former sheriff was a scumbag. All the Grogans were related , but Jack Grogan and his wife Glynnis owned the store. Jack died in the cornfield of a heart attack where Starbucks stands. He was a nice gentle man.

    Are you talking about Crossroads, Grogan's store? The old road behind the store was the Crowsville community. It use to be a spooky place back in the day. The last time I looked, the store was up for sale for $110,000.

    It looked like every police car in Paulding Co was at a house on Nebo. Anyone know what went on there? Really too close to home for me. Just curious.

    I bet that was it. That's the only big construction around me that I know of. Thanks for the info.

    Nebo at Carruth. The boom sounded much farther away towards Catfish den area. This was the loudest boom I have ever heard around here. Even the fireworks in Hiram last July were not as loud. Does the County post where and when blasting is be done? I would like a warning next time... so I can go watch!

    I am glad the young man is expected to recover. What a shame this happened. The shooter needs to be caught and I hope they throw the book at this coward.

    You can check the scanner archives. I was listening to the scanner and I think it was for an eight year old child that fell and hit their head. The call was on Rainwater Ln.
