The proposed blue route would also take it right over the reservoir site......What do you think a chemical spill would do to a 300 acre lake?

It might take out a little bit of the wma south of 278,but it will not and can not touch the green space.The yellow and the blue proposed routes do sandwich the wma though. Here is my crude attempt to show how the wma lies within.

Because we don't want this eyesore,pollution maker running thru our community.Look at the aerial photos and all the woods this wood affect.

Why is this toll road needing to be built?....to lessen the traffic congestion on 285 from trucks coming out of Savannah to Chattanooga. Why can't the rail lines be utilized more often,haven'r we all seen the commercials touting how much fuel is saved the the cargos is shipped by train? Here's what I don't get. Very close to the propsed blue line is Wesleys Shipp's place where the mud bog rides are held....He was told that he could only have it 4 times a year....Why?.......I'm guessing because the noise would bother folks in the subdivision close by. And yet,the county is pushing for a road in which loud,stinking diesel trucks would run 24 housr a day,365 days a year.

Why must industry be spread out?....Why can't it be in one central location?....If the people want to work there fine,if they want to live close to it,then move there......Why do you want to bring industry to us?....To help with your taxes?.....once again,....Move to where you can live with the taxes. I love it here in Burnt Hickory,yep,it's at least 10 milesto the nearest grocery store or interstate and I want to keep it that way.

You can't train the wild critters to funnel thru overpasses or underpasses. It is my opinion that the road would not hurt the deer population.Might even cause the population to grow some by creating more edge habitat. My concern is the quality of my life.....I used to work high rise construction.Every morning you could see the ugly brown smog that goes right along with the interstates.

Do y'all see how close the blue line comes to Jerry Shearin's house as well as his kinfolks property? Wonder if they will prosper because of this route.....hmmmm

That casket had a price tag of $3600.....but because it was scratched,my buddy bought it for $250.

I played a mannequin in a casket at a haunted house....I wore a black mask that I could see thru....People would come to the casket and actually poke me to see if I was real. I would lay there and let them poke a few times,then grab them,or just sit up......thought I gave one elderly lady a heart attack.

The reservoir property is located off old dallas road,in north paulding,on the western side of 61.

The reservoir will be a beautiful area..........................Just imagine the western toll road running right over the top of it,or very close by.
