I don't see how. They would have to buy up so many houses. A red light would do the trick. The last time I was out that way they had been working on a right turn lane coming off the side road. Seems like they had been working on it for a year and it still wasn't open. I haven't been out there in a year or so, so it may be finished by now. I don't get any of it.

I don't see how. I made a mistake one time of trying to go to Villa Rica years ago at around 5:00 and I swear on this side of 61 I was sitting in traffic for a mile trying to get to the 3-way stop. It's just as bad coming from the other way. I've never done that again. I just dont get it.

What they need to do is put in a light at the 3-way at Mirror Lake/Liberty Road on 61. I've never come through such a mess in the afternoon.

I didn't say they legalized marijuana. I said I thought a bill was passed to legalize MEDICINAL marijuana, but you can't grow it here or travel out of state and bring it back without breaking the law. It's stupid. But I will say, if alcohol is legal and people drive drunk every day I would rather come across someone stoned. Drunks are disgusting

I know it gets hot and I can stand the heat and humidity. That's one thing folks don't realize is the humidity is very high in coastal areas. I'm just tired of cold weather. I hate winter. I should have moved south years ago. And I always thought I would settle on the gulf but I've got friends from Palm Bay to Barefoot Bay down to Sebastian and they love it. No overgrowth and a constant breeze coming off the Indian River. I also have friends in Palm Beach. There's no way I would move down there.

But you're like only half way down in the Tampa area. They say the heat in Sarasota and further down is oppressive in the summer. But I don't know that for a fact. Just what folks have told me. My SIL lives in St Petersburg and we've been there in January and it was wonderful. I like the space coast area because there is so much to do and you can make a day trip to Daytona or down to Miami. A quick trip up to Coco Beach or Cape Canaveral . An hour from Disney World. And an easy trip to the Keys. A short ride over to Sanibelle or anywhere on that side of the gulf.

Just remember it gets incredibly hot in that area. We were looking at Sarasota years ago. We went down to Siesta Key which is in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. Siesta Key was georgous but it very crowded down in that area. I could see where Venice Beach would be your friends choice because it is away from the crowd. I'm looking at the East coast. The space coast area on the Indian River and just a bridge away from the Atlantic. There's a constant breeze from the east coming off the ocean. I'm looking at Melborne/Palm Bay. I've got to make a trip down there to see what it's like. Hous

We went through there on our way down to the keys. We just went to the beach. There wasn't much to see really.

That doesn't make sense. Our highest was in 2008 then dropped to its lowest and slowly began to rise. Maybe you should dispute it, unless you are constantly adding property value.

I don't think the debt is dismissed, that only happens if you file bankruptcy. I've never used one, but it sounds like they work with the creditors for a payment the person can afford and they pay each month until all the debt is paid off. No free stuff
