Completely blocked. Parked curb to curb. While they are inside the houses working. We had to go get them and tell them to move so we could get home. Other neighbors do complain as this occurs frequently during the day on weekdays. We did call PCSO. It is illegal, obviously, and we just have to take pics and call and they will come out and fine them. I have let all neighbors know the process so anytime anyone is blocking the road, we take a pic and call. UGA-No need to "highly doubt" me = call me a liar. Rude.

Are construction workers allowed to park in the road of a residential street and completely block the road so residence are unable to get to their homes? I'd like to file a report each time this is done, am I allowed to do that? I have also heard our builder is all BFF with the PCSO and one of the PCS works with him so there has been some shady stuff going on I have heard about.....so I am kinda actually scared to call the PCSO. Any advice?
