Blondie can you hear me? I was wondering the same thing. You may have to see an ENT. Glad you're feeling a little better.

Well your first tropical storm of the season has arrived with 60 MPH winds. I'm sure you investigated enough that the swells and surges won't reach you. Tampa has had quite a few hurricanes come thru the years but nothing so drastic that they couldn't recover from. Good luck!

That seems like a very large area going in different directions without power. Hope your not all in for a long dark night. Just don't go to work tomorrow LOL Good luck!

Well IF that's what they're going to do they need to start at the bridge at Winndale road and widen it with 4 lanes and a turn lane. Lawd have mercy at the wrecks there all the time. They need to go ahead and install the traffic light at the high school and put in a left turning lane at Mustang Drive. Wrecks happen there quite often. That's all I can think of right now......they do need to straighten up the cross intersection where Hiram Sudie crosses 61 and turns into Scoggins. It's a little off center and can be confusing.

Thanks! After two phone calls I understand this little tablet a little better. Had to do a reset, now I'm downloading games no problem. Second call he explained the use of the SD card and I set up a gmail account on the tablet to get all updates and downloads faster. .

Wow! You gonna be livin' da dream!! Can I come stay, I mean visit???? LOL You'll love it down there. I have a SIL in the St. Pete/Siminole area and I've been down there in January and swimming in the Gulf. No more freezing weather! And fresh orange juice every day if you have trees!! .

I can't believe folks drop their kids off at the library. The library?? I think the police should be called and the parents charged with neglect. It is what it is.

You know I got a Lenovo tablet for my grandson. So yesterday I go to Best Buy and get a micro SD card for more storage. Ever since I put the card in I can't download any games. I put the storage on SD, switched it back to internal, switched it back to SD, etc. etc. Turned it off and on. I even took the SD card out. What is my problem? Do you know how bad it is having a 4 YO who wants a game and can't get it So I gave him my phone. HELP!! Oh, and my Wi-Fi seems to be working fine today on my laptop. .

So is Alabama, but I wouldn't move there. (and JSYK, I was born there and lived there until I was 8, and still go back to visit, but it's soooooo different there)

Are you moving to Costa Rica? I've heard of several folks moving there. It's very beautiful there and the people are very nice and laid back, or so I've read. It's been promoted in a lot of articles as a good place to retire. .

Thanks, I knew someone would know. I just thought it was funny to have a place called Phuket to retire to And, JSYK, I would never move to any Asian country, I would be hard pressed to leave my own country, but I would move to FLA! Although Costa Rica seems to be the place a lot of professionals are moving to and you can live like a King and Queen on very little. I know a dentist that has a place there and it's fabulous, according to him. PSDad, I had to look up Apollo Beach, very, very nice and nice area. Have a great time.

Phuket. Sounds good to me when it's time to retire. Am I the only one reading Phuket that way? Maybe someone can translate the correct pronunciation Phuket, Thailand Gets More Appealing for Retirees | U.S.News & World Report LP – 10 hours ago Thailand's Phuket Island is an internationally famous beach destination, and rightfully so. Beautiful sandy shores, separated by rocky headlands, grace the entire west coast of the island, the largest in Thailand. The surrounding Andaman Sea is warm, clear and inviting, one of Phuket's main attractions. Onshore P

Before I try doing stuff I don't have a clue about here is my problem. For about 3 days now I keep getting kicked off my Wi-Fi on my laptop. It's not the modem (I don't think anyways) because 3 IPhones and the Lenovo tablet are connected to Wi-Fi and they are all working just fine. I can pull up PCOM in a second on my IPhone. I can pull up IE immediately on the tablet. BUT, the laptop keeps going in and out........takes forever to pull up a page, get knocked off and then out of the blue it's working fine.........for a few minutes. So before I drive myself crazy trying to figure t
