Lucky, we've stayed in a small hotel off of a side street, we've stayed in a hotel right on the water and we've stayed at the King and Prince. I love St. Simons, but it's kinda uppity where as Tybee is real laid back. One thing to keep in mind is the last time we went, most of the places to stay are smoke free, including the property. Make sure before you book, because they will charge a fee if they smell the least bit of smoke. They have a beautiful light house and a quaint little town/shopping area.
