I did about a month ago and it was driving me nuts. I didn't have anything out and kept the counters wiped down and they were still here and there. I was cussing them, and then I found something one of the grandkids had left behind. I think it was an orange behind something and that was the source of the gnats. Haven't had any since then. YUK LOL

The Little Drummer Boy (Harry Simeone Chorale) and Mary Did You Know (Kenny Rogers and Wynonna Judd) I can't really think of a least favorite.

Rain or shine there will be a parade...................but the good thing I heard on the weather tonight is the rain should be through in the morning and it's going to be 67 tomorrow, so I think that's a great day for a parade. I really want to go and take the grandbaby. I'll see what the temps are and go from there. And hope it DOESN'T rain!!

OMG Just goes to show the almighty dollar is more important than anything.

Funny me, I don't care for truffles. But I do love me some chocolate and Godiva is my choice. I get a large assorted box every Christmas andI love it! I'll take a bite of this one, and a bite of that one, and then another bite and go back another day and do some more biting. A box of Godiva lasts me a long time. LOL And I've always said, if I'm going to take in the calories, they're going to be damn good calories.

It's very hard to find anything NOT made in China, or another country......but what bothers me the most is food from another country, especially China. They really don't care what they feed us. And now we're getting our processed chicken from them, and who knows what else. Especially the chicken nuggets. I don't eat them, but my grandbabies do from McDonalds. I read food labels carefully.

I have neighbors that drive for months without a tag..............if I pulled out once I would get stopped and ticketed.

You know if somebody could make a BBQ everybody liked they would be beyond rich! LOL BBQ is such a personal taste, what's horrible to one person is the best in the world to others. I'm still looking.

Wallace is the only place I'll eat BBQ ribs. They're the best around here. But I'm really not crazy about BBQ. I want to try the Williamson bros sometime. I've heard they're good.

I think if the signal is not working at all, then it is treated as a 4-way until someone can come and direct traffic. But flashing yellow is caution and flashing red is stop

I thought of y'all yesterday and said a prayer for you. Lawdy, it was Thanksgiving and you weren't in your home cooking.....but I know you're thankful to have a place. And you've got your surgery coming up, so I'm always thinking of you guys. And yes, we had a blast during the holidays, and yes, highly dysfunctional but who isn't??? LOL

I worked for the phone company and worked my share of holidays, including Christmas.

Great memories...... Would you be willing to share? I had one from 30 or so years ago but lost it. I don't like all carrot cake recipes, some have too much spice and I don't want a spice cake, I want a carrot cake.
