Drug Abuse Heroin, pain killer overdoses take 32 lives in Paulding in 2014

Because they make you feel good. LOL When I had my hip surgeries I came home with Oxycodone. They really didn't help the pain but I felt so good I didn't care. And I still have that bottle with a few in it. I didn't take mine for very long either because I could feel what they do to you. -
Are you even in the right topic?

My doctors won't. That's why I get referred to the pain clinic. More than anything I don't think they want the liability of getting some one addicted and people do. OxyContin and Oxycodone are highly addictive. There are pages of releases you have to sign at the pain clinic as well as drug testing. -

I also said that. But there does need to be rehabilitation for those that want it. Free rehabilitation is almost impossible to find. Addicts don't have thousands of $dollar$ for rehab. If they have a criminal record that makes the journey to clean and sober even harder. If they do get clean, who's going to hire them. Sometimes it's easier to keep using and just let fate catch up with them. It's just a bad and sad situation for all involved including children of the addict. -

That's what I said on the first page. When the addict uses more pills, has less to sell and can't afford the pain clinic anymore, he turns to the much cheaper heroin. -

She wasn't getting what I was saying. I know about legitimate pain, I have it. But they're still pill mills that normal folks go to and sometimes get addicted themselves. It's legitimate. And then there's the drug addict that frequents the pill mills. They're still pill mills. -
I don't think anything has been released. And probably won't be until her daddy gets here from LA. He was on his way this afternoon.

I don't even know of a doctor that will prescribe pain medicine anymore. They always refer you to a pain clinic. They don't want to deal with the hassel from the Feds and State. I have a hip doctor, neck doctor and a back doctor. None will give me a musle relaxer, I have to go to the pain clinic. I'm not going to sit in a room full of drug addicts, so I do without. -

Pain Management clinics ARE pill mills. -
When they found her she wasn't breathing. For how long no one knows. Her husband got home and found her in the tub. She was unresponsive. They took her to the hospital unresponsive. She may be breathing but I assure you they placed her on life support. This is not good. So sad. Almost 3 years since her mother died. I found this: ROSWELL, Ga. (AP) — The daughter of late singer and entertainer Whitney Houston was found unresponsive, face down in a bathtub Saturday and taken to a hospital in the north Atlanta suburbs, police said. Bobbi Kristina Brown was found by her hu

What are you missing about what I'm saying? They aren't there for "pain management". They're there to get pills. And yes, without insurance some pill mills charge $250. -

Thank you. -
My God, that's awful. I haven't seen that picture. I know her family has been worried about her since Whitney died. Just to add, I consider unresponsive different from unconsious. Her mother was found unresponsive.

You know you can buy suboxone on the street as well. It helps until you can get to the pusher in Atlanta for your heroin fix. -
If she was unresponsive and they were doing CPR to try to get her to breathe it makes me wonder if she's on life support. The doctors haven't said yet.

They say she has been stabilized and is breathing.............. Here’s the report: Bobbi Kristina Brown’s husband Nick Gordon and a friend found her in the tub … according to police in Roswell, GA. We’re told her husband and friend immediately started CPR on her … until police and paramedics arrived. We’re told police took over life-saving measures on the scene — and then she was taken by ambulance to a hospital. Doctors have now stabilized her breathing.

So sad. In the bathtub just like her mom. Measles Vaccines May Not Be As Safe And Effective As You Believe
lowrider replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I actually had the measles, both kinds when I was a kid. All of my kids and grandkids have been vacinated and had their boosters. I'm not too worried about the measles hitting us.
