I really wish they wouldn't sell these animals at Easter. I think it should be outlawed. Most of the little chicks and ducks end up with their neck broke from kids playing too rough with them and the rabbits get put out in the wild.

We're baking a whole ham for Easter. Not sure about the sides yet. It's my grandson's birthday Easter Sunday, he was born on Good Friday. Love that boy!! and he's going to Jupiter/Juno Beach/Palm Beach County, FLA for spring break with his friend Monday. His friends family lives there so I'm not too worrie d about him. They're both good boys. -

I posted in the other thread, I just thought it was the dinner thread since we were talking about mealworms LOL I making oven baked baby back ribs. I stripped the membrane and rubbed them in a dry rub. I've got them in the oven on 350, meat side up in apple juice to brown the top. Then I'll turn them over, meat side down, wrap them up and cook for about 2 hours at about 250. Then, I'll uncover them and baste with BBQ sauce for about 40 minutes. Homemade potato salad and corn on the cob, yummmmmm. I'm hungry!! Ignore the underlining -

I picked up Chinese for the family last night, I don't eat it because I just can't stop thinking it might be cat LOL I had a spring roll, and no, I don't want to know what was in it.
