He doesn't like my grandkids (4 &5), especially my grandgirl. He will spread his feathers out and up and he looks huge and I just push him away and he finally gets it. When he stands straight up and his head high with his bill up he's taller than my grand daughter so with his feathers fluffed out, he looks really big, but I don't have any trouble with him. Besides, I don't have a problem hitting him if he tried to attack. I'm thinking it could be a size thing, because they're small and when he fluffs he's bigger. So yeah, I guess you could say he's kinda mean LOL Just depends, s

I will now spend my money in Georgia instead of riding to the Alabama line

He's grouchy and he will try to bite. It's not like they have teeth but they have little razors at the edge inside their long bill, to pull grass with I suppose. He loves to be hand fed and if you don't feed him enough or fast enough he'll try to bite or bite your foot or your leg and he snorts. He's a mute swan so all he can do is snort. He flew here from a lake down the road back in June last year. When I posted it on here that I had a swan someone that had him on their lake posted they had him for about two weeks and he had come from another lake. Now sometimes he will leave

APS CHEATING TRIAL OVER............THE JUDGE SENT 11 TO JAIL
lowrider replied to lowrider's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Just looking at my FB, I already see the race card being played by many. And cops getting away with murder. Nevermind that so many children were cheated out of a proper education and the bonuses came from taxpayers. So, this may get nasty. The actual sentencing hasn't been done yet, but that doesn't stop folks from stirring the pot. "The racketeering charges carry up to 20 years in prison. Most of the defendants will be sentenced April 8." -
It came up and I didn't know what I was looking at for a minute. That was a good one

APS CHEATING TRIAL OVER............THE JUDGE SENT 11 TO JAIL

It depends on the amount of taxpayer money that each stole. IMHO -

Guilty verdicts reached for 11 of 12 in APS cheating trial Several former educators have been taken to the Fulton County Jail after a jury reached guilty verdicts in the Atlanta Public Schools cheating trial. The jury convicted 11 of 12 defendants of racketeering. Jurors acquitted only one defendant, Dessa Curb, of all charges. After a month of jury selection, six months of testimony and eight days of deliberation, jurors reached their decision Wednesday and the guilty verdicts came down fast and furious for 11 of the 12 defendants. The jury found that those 11 defendants not

Indiana to pass law that could allow discrimination against gays
lowrider replied to Brian's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Yes you should. And like Lady Gaga said , you were born this way. That's why it's an ignorant statement for that yahoo that owns the pizza shop to say he "chose" to be heterosexual. He was born that way. -

You don't think this gay couple had another option of shopping at another shop to get their wedding cake? That's all I'm saying. I'm not going to shop where I'm not wanted and hated. Now they have taken it a step farther and sued the woman and put her out of business. Like I said in another post, I would have just gone somewhere else, but some people can't help taking it to another level. I wouldn't have sued. I would have gone to another shop. And yes, there are militants everywhere. Trust me, I've seen plenty of drama queens, gay and not. -
How cool is this? Ancient recipe used to kill MRSA
lowrider replied to lowrider's topic in RECENT TOPICS
That's what I was thinking -
1,000-Year-Old Medical Remedy Shows Promise Against MRSA Amanda Chan Deputy Editor March 31, 2015 The superbug MRSA, which causes hard-to-treat infections and kills more people in the U.S. each year than AIDS, may have met its match — in a more-than-1,000-year-old medical remedy that is made of wine and a dried form of ox bile. Yes, ox bile. Researchers from the University of Nottingham presented research showing that the recipe, from the ninth-century Anglo-Saxon medical text Bald’s Leechbook, demonstrates “strong antibacterial activity” against chronic MRSA wound

Indiana to pass law that could allow discrimination against gays

These people are ignorant. He chooses to be heterosexual? He was born that way. Just like someone gay. And they're not going to sell pizzas to gays for a gay wedding? Does that mean they will sell one pizza to a gay if they don't know they're gay? And they're not discriminating? Good grief. -

I think everyone should stop being afraid of gay folks. It's not like it's something you can catch. -
You ain't seen sailor, and yes my mouth is clean and I kiss my grandbabies. It's my vocabulary I could burn your ears with.

At least he killed himself and wasn't shot by law enforcement. But wait, it ain't over. His parents will blame the police for chasing him because he kicked down the door and terrorized an old woman. And ran over a woman in the process. Whatever. Like I said good riddance. At least he's not here to terrorize and kill anyone anymore.
-
How about worthless, useless, law breaking thief piece of shiit?
-
Why do you even want to defend this POS?
-
Well, he won't be terrorizing old women anymore, and he don't get no more chances. Good riddance.
