I am fine with the County leaders making business decisions that have to be CHANGED from ones made YEARS ago. That is NOT the type flights I am referring to and I think you know it. What I am referencing is one of the smaller airlines doing "'LIMITED COMMERCIAL VACATION DESTINATION FLIGHTS"!!! They are doing these type flight successfully in other areas of the country and it would be a nice fit to start with here.

The mileage difference WILL not come into play as far as the Insurance rating...of this I AM positive, I spent 17+ years in the insurance industry! And it is almost laughable for you to even talk about traffic at the Airport being a problem, especially for an emergency vehicle. BECAUSE it's not just a FIRE Station...it is also going to house the 911 Emergency Center! If EVERYONE would just take a deep breath and step back from this for just a minute you might actually see a top of the line

I CLOCKED it today and from when you turn onto Airport Parkway to where the Fire Station / 911 Center will be located, took me traveling the speed limit only 38 seconds so an emergency vehicle with lights and siren on will make it to 278 in well UNDER 30 seconds SO placing the Fire Station where it works for BOTH Housing and Airport protection makes perfect sense! Take those "little fish" and put em with that STUPID ILLINOIS BAT someone saw that stalled the 92 expansion all these years and let's GET ON with moving FORWARD in this county!!!

You SHOULD be afraid of your TAX BILL as the actions of THE STOP ALL PROGRESS IN PAULDING group and them supporting DELTA'S lawsuit against our Airport and the County are going to DRIVE UP all our Tax bills!

Ok...Tell you what go out to the airport for YOURSELF...drive to the parking lot behind the terminal bldg (which is a bit further) Start from there and head to 278 FAST...as if you have lights flashing and siren on...then come on here and YOU tell me how long it takes...I predict LESS than 30 seconds! My GOD you people are trying to make such points out of such LITTLE details...the ENTIRE POINT was it's not but just a small distance more...!!!!
