My concerns about Tonny Beavers troubling decisions are genuine and well documented. I have yet to see anyone post anything to refute what I have presented or offer a case in contrast. My concerns are for the safety of children. If you knew any better, you would have similar concerns.

Additionally, I have reviewed Judge Beavers hiring practices. In all of his decades on the bench I have yet to find a minority employee. Judge Bucci has been on the bench 3-4 years and he has had 2 minorities work in his courtroom. I do find Tonny S. Beavers hiring practices and comments in court, regarding racial sensitivity, to be archaic at best. I have a little more on this but I'm not ready to release it. You should be more cautious about who you align yourself with. I talk about the cases of others more than my own. I have read and sat in on many of his cases and I will sit in on more. I haven't even posted about some of the cases. It just isn't worth the risk of potentially grave consequences from one or more of the litigants. Many of the chief judge's rulings are just. Having met many parents entangled in the CPS quagmire, this article is very true. In order to get federal funding and for job security, CPS workers have an incentive to open cases even when it is clearly not necessary. I don't like it. People with no history of violence are slapped with ILLEGAL protective orders every day. IMO, Judge Tonny S. Beavers put illegal protective orders on me twice. Judges do this because the protective order is for 6-12 months and it takes 6-9 months to appeal one. Rarely are they overturned because by the time the upper court sees them, the point is moot as the order expires.
