Outcome.... Let me first say that there are some quality folks working for the City of Hiram. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and respectful. I requested the incident video (Open Record Act) from the City of Hiram. They (Mr. James) had it ready to view before the start of court the very next day. After reviewing the tape... Mrs. Weaver was at the tail end of traffic passing the traffic stop. She was legally guilty due to there being no traffic directly to the left of her. I will say this after reviewing the tape... Beware....the second patrol car was specifically waiting for s

Nothing new on the books...Mrs. Weaver "alledgedly" (always wanted to say that...lol) failed to change lanes for an emergency vehicle. Two patrol cars had pulled a car over on Hwy. 278. She says their lights were not flashing and she didn`t see that they had pulled someone over until she had passed. As she passed the rear patrol car chased her down. So we are hoping the dash cam will reflect whether the lights were on or not. On a side note, Everyone should change lanes for the safety of those in harm way.

Lol....Wife got a $500 traffic ticket. I'm hoping the incident was recorded.
