  1. No I would say by definition you are the troll. troll One who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument
  2. Here you recently questioned his character, I could have found more but it's chore and I began feeling like you're lackey.
  3. Come on guy I didn't join this site yesterday I've seen some of your post. Now you have to admit your site is a virtual carbon copy of the pcom format, if you have strong views on a subject why visit another website to air them? I haven't checked your membership but as of yet I haven't seen anyone named "Pubby". I'm not telling you what it is, I'm just telling you what it looks like.
  4. Conflict of Interest ? I have visited your website which I assume you have a financial interest in and notice overthere you are mostly Sugar & Spice and everything Nice. Most of your post here seems to have an agenda of seeking out and attacking anything pubby writes. One can't help but wonder if your only purpose visiting pcom is to stir the pudding and drive people away from here and across the "highway". I could be wrong but it sure seems that way. (?)
  5. It might be useful to point out their is no minimum amount to contribute a lot of 5 dollar contributions can add up. Skip tomorrows fast food lunch, lose some weight and make a difference. The important thing is to help and send a statement to City Hall regular folks in Paulding do not appreciate the way this family was treated.
  6. Interesting .... 7. This is not the time or place for partisan political politics. Stop it !
  8. It seem a lot of people are unhappy with those we have entrusted to run our community. We have heard stories of abuse of power, underhanded tactics, unethical behavior, ignoring the will of the people lies and what some might call borderline criminal behavior. If given the opportunity would you support an effort to recall some of these skallywags and would you sign a petition to oust them and call for a special election ?
  9. We need to know if we have grounds for a recall.
  10. All I have heard is one side of the story but if it's true that a few commissioners are using the power of their office and funds from the community to tie up a property owner, cover him in red tape for the sole purpose of protecting a private developer from liability and deny the homeowner his day in court isn't that criminal ?
  11. These people are operating on the very edge of the law and ethics it's only a matter of time before they fall off the cliff.
  12. Any possibility this developer or group of developers are big time contributors to these commissioners campaign reelection fund ? .... Nah, that wouldn't be ethical would it ?
  13. I really hope someone brings this up at the next public commissioners meeting I would really like to hear how our wonderful elected officials justify their actions against this family. I would like to hear why they thought it prudent to spend two million dollars, some reports have claimed, in taxpayer funds to litigate these people out of their homes for what has been said would have cost a fraction of that to simply settle out of court.
  14. Any news on the progress getting the Morrisons belongings stored away and how the family is holding up ? As I recall surepip was still recovering from a recent surgery.
  15. Bless you and those that showed up to help.
  16. Paulding County's Facebook page, leave them a comment and let them know what you think. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Paulding-County-Ga/256447391090784 https://www.facebook.com/pages/David-A-Austin/202540162153
  17. I disagree I think it's wise for the people to know what our tax dollars are being used for, I mean 2 million used to settle a 10,000 dollar settlement, the only way you can take it is Paulding just wanted to teach this family a lesson, DON'T CHALLENGE OUR AUTHORITY OR WE WILL DESTROY YOU.
  18. And it was our tax dollars they used. I am livid !
  19. I can't get over the fact that my tax dollars were used to litigate these people out of their house and home. I'm just sorry the days of showing up at the castle gate with pitchforks and torches are over. GD this county and it's power hungry arrogant ass officials. rant over.

  22. I remember watching her address the United Nations last year and couldn't get over how brave, confident and determined this young girl was. OSLO (Reuters) - Pakistani teenager Malala Yousafzai, who was shot in the head by the Taliban in 2012 for advocating girls' right to education, and Indian children's right activist Kailash Satyarthi won the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize on Friday.
