Depends on what you want to call a WMD. Poisonous gas is not an atomic bomb as Bush wanted everyone to believe. Poisonous gas was never a threat to our security unless Hussain had a way to bring it to America which he never did or ever threatened to do. This is a non story.

So here is a situation where living in a country that does not offer affordable healthcare for everyone affects us all. Now the man or woman who contracts obola but cannot afford to see a doctor or go to an emergency room can end up infecting his or her entire family and their family will infect others and on and on. Suddenly not having assessable healthcare is not just someone else's problem it's everyones. Ironic ain't it.
