Infectious Disease Could Become More Common in a Warmer World — Especially for Plants and Animals The venerable Science magazine has a special issue out today on climate change. Some of the content is free, and it’s well worth checking out. That includes an article on one of the most important and perplexing areas in global-warming research: the possible connection between a changing climate and a growing threat from infectious disease. http://science.time.com/2013/08/02/infectious-disease-could-be-more-common-in-a-warmer-world-especially-for-plants-and-animals/

As the earth warms we are going to see more and more of these tropical diseases . WASHINGTON -- The amount of man-made heat energy absorbed by the seas has doubled since 1997, a study released Monday showed. The world's oceans absorbed approximately 150 zettajoules of energy from 1865 to 1997, and then absorbed about another 150 in the next 18 years, according to a study published Monday in the journal Nature Climate Change. To put that in perspective, if you exploded one atomic bomb the size of the one that dropped on Hiroshima every second for a year, the total energy released would

Here's How To Stay Married For 35 Years, Like The Postman Has
CitizenCain replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I never could find no tracks on a woman's heart. I packed me a squaw for ten year, Pilgrim. Cheyenne, she were, and the meanest bitch that ever balled for beads. I lodge-poled her at Deadwood Creek, and traded her for a Hawken gun. But don't get me wrong; I loves the womens, I surely do. But I swear, a woman's breast is the hardest rock that the Almighty ever made on this earth, and I can find no sign on it. Bear Claw Chris. -

Congratulations you two. I always was of the opinion why buy the cow when there are so many kinds of milk to enjoy. Don't get me wrong it was a great run for awhile but alas now that I grow old I am looking at the prospects of having to change my own depends. But you know the old saying when you come to a fork in the road; take it. -
Try a bottle of Dark lager. Double Bock is thick, ruby red, and silky smooth with hints of chocolate, caramel, raisin, and sweet toffee.

5 Beer Styles They'll Want You To Drink In 2016 There are more than 4,100 breweries in the U.S. in 2016. Large breweries are buying up small craft brewers (and even large competitors) at a clip. Though light lager like Budweiser, Coors Light and Miller Lite still comprises the overwhelming majority of beer drunk in the United States (Bud Light alone still accounts for one out of every five beers sold here, according to Beer Marketer's Insights), brewers of all types still want to get you to try their ciders, low-alcohol “session” India Pale Ale and beer-and-juice/soda shandies and radlers.

What you confuse as help is more often protecting United States military and economic interest. Not that there's anything wrong with that but this image of America being the hero with the white hat riding in to save the day is myth designed for local consumption. Do you think Desert Storm was about the Kuwaitis or our push back in the Ukraine has anything to do freedom and democracy ? About the only time I can recall we went to war for humanitarian reasons was the war in the Bosnia. America does her best work when she leaves the Military at home. JMO

Mostly so they will allow the convoys of supplies needed to sustain George Bush's war in Afghanistan. Secondly to prop up a Government enough that the radicals in the country does not get their hands on Pakistan's nuclear arsenal.

I don't know if Paulding had a Fair before but it would be great to have one now. A good way to meet your neighbors. maybe have a charity cake sale and such. Since their isn't much going on at the Airport we could use one of the runways. May as well get some use out of the place.
