  1. How do you make a false claim about someone having junk on their property ? Either they do or they don't, not that anyone's perfect just some people around here place looks like a rerun of Sanford & Son. We have one guy in my neighborhood that's starting to give the county dump a run for their money.
  2. They don't have the manpower all their officers are standing guard at the courthouse having people take off their belts and lift their pants leg.
  3. So here we have schools putting up million dollar metal detectors trying to keep guns out of schools and you say the real answer is just make it easier not harder ? Brilliant while we are at can we do something about airport security, I'm really getting tired of taking off my shoes.
  4. It's not about turning to a life of crime, it's about immature minds and a drunken frat party that gets out of hand where half the party has a 9mm stuffed in his back pocket. What could possibly go wrong right .
  5. In that case I find the no other recourse other than to withdraw my comment.
  6. I found particularly disturbing for one of our elected officials to tell a tax paying citizen " we don't need people like you in our county " I couldn't help but be reminded of 'surepip' and what happened to him and his family when our elected officials decided he was a nuisance and needed to be put in his place.
  7. A lot of very smart people in this country had to settle for a high school education and a lot of graduates will pay a debt for half their lives to get their degree. This is a great waste and no way to compete in a global market. Bernie Sanders wants to change this.
  8. Republicans and their cousins the Tea Party fostered this rebellion thinking they could keep it under control and use it to their advantage, now their chickens have all come home to roost.
  9. "Deficits don't matter" Dick Cheney 2002 "Reagan," Vice President Dick Cheney famously declared in 2002, "proved deficits don't matter." Unless, that is, a Democrat is in the White House. After all, while Ronald Reagan tripled the national debt and George W. Bush doubled it again, each Republican was rewarded with a second term in office. But as the Gallup polling data show, concern over the federal deficit hasn't been this high since Democratic budget balancer Bill Clinton was in office. All of which suggest the Republicans' born-again disdain for deficits ranks among the greatest - and
  10. Fool me once; Bogus letter sent to voters Fool me twice; False report that Carson was dropping out of the race. Three times and you would have nut's to believe the guy isn't playing dirty politics.
  11. It' all relative. 1.00 (1989) = 1.93 (2015) Barack Obama: Added $6.167 trillion, a 53% increase in the $11.657 trillion debt level due to President Bush at the end of his last budget, FY 2009. George W. Bush: Added $5.849 trillion, a 101% increase to the $5.8 trillion debt level at the end of Clinton's last budget, FY 2001. Bill Clinton: Added $1.396 trillion, a 32% increase in the $4.4 trillion debt level at the end of Bush's last budget, FY 1993. George H.W. Bush: Added $1.554 trillion, a 54% increase in the $2.8 trillion debt level at the end of Reagan's last budget, FY 1989.
  12. Oh the myth of Reagan's greatness will never end. Here we have a President that tripled our national debt, illegally sold arms to a nation that had just shortly before held our citizens hostage, fought a secret guerrilla war in another country and invaded the tiny island nation of Grenada which was condemned by most of the world including England, Canada and the United Nations and yet to listen to the Right tell it the man was a God. I wonder how long it will be before we start hearing what a great President Bush was ?
  13. Like the promise of Trickle Down's unicorns and double rainbows ?
  14. Depends on who you are referring to. If you are talking about the Right the word neocon comes to mind or maybe even Fascist. Fascism /ˈfæʃɪzəm/ is a form of radical authoritarian nationalism[1][2] that came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe. Influenced by national syndicalism, fascism originated in Italy during World War I, in opposition to liberalism, Marxism, and anarchism. Fascism is usually placed on the far-right within the traditional left–right spectrum.[3][4] Fascists saw World War I as a revolution that brought massive changes in the nature of war, society, the state, an
  15. Actually if you were not such a narrow minded buffoon you would know everyone of the candidates are offering goodies to someone or another. Republicans are just making their promises to a much smaller audience, about one percent to be exact. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz would leave us $768 billion dollars in the red, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush would leave us $1.6 trillion dollars in the hole, compared to Rubio's $2.4 trillion. And real estate mogul Donald Trump, who continues to lead the Republican field, would strike a staggering $10 trillion blow to the budget. https://finance.yaho...ommen
  16. A while back Trump ran an infomercial selling a sort of Trump University. For a fee you could learn how to be rich and fabulous just like the Donald himself. He is now fighting a class action lawsuit that says his students got little more than a big fat bill. Trump is now selling another infomercial scam it's called elect me and I will make America great again. http://money.cnn.com/2015/07/24/news/donald-trump-university-lawsuit/
  17. Obama is about as responsible for our current partisan divide as Martin Luther King was for segregation. Maybe Obama should just overlook comments like http://www.motherjones.com/politics/2015/12/justice-scalia-suggests-blacks-belong-slower-colleges-fisher-university-texas after all he is just half Black.
  18. That's not the Republican plan. The plan is to continue with across the board tax cuts that favor almost exclusively the one percent until the government is so broke it can no longer support the services they have hated for decades, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid to name just a few. If you are unfamiliar with the plan a quick search for "Starve the Beast" will tell you all about it. The fact that to reach their goal means sending the country to the brink of bankruptcy is for the Oligarchs that control the GOP just the price of doing business. It's a long range plan that has been in th
  19. I'm not sure what people who can't have the decency to spell their opponents name correctly would know about ethics, morality or integrity. JMO
  20. The only good thing about Trump being the Republican nominee is regardless of who won the general election we would still have a Democrat in the White House.
  21. Lost Tapes Reveal Apollo Astronauts Heard Unexplained ‘Music’ On Far Side Of The Moon "If you’re behind the moon and hear some weird noise on your radio, and you know you’re blocked from the Earth, then what could you possibly think?" The crew of an Apollo mission to the moon were so startled when they encountered strange music-like radio transmissions coming through their headsets, they didn't know whether or not to report it to NASA http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/apollo-10-astronauts-reported-unexplained-music-at-moon_us_56c80662e4b0928f5a6c0679?ref=yfp
