His parents were not American by birth, as they were from Afghanistan. His father is a supporter of the Taliban, demonstrating the US poorly vetted this guy before allowing him into the country, which is the point NJ is trying to make. Had his father not been allowed into the US, his terrorist son would never have been born here to kill 49 people and wound another 54 at the gay nightclub.

Sure I do.

The military standard issue rifle is now the M-4, a mini version of the M-16. The M-4 has a selector switch that allows the shooter to switch between three-round bursts and automatic. Let me define automatic; holding down the trigger makes the rifle fire continuously until the firer releases the trigger or the rifle expends all rounds. The M-16, which is still part of the military's arsenal allows the firer to switch between semi-automatic (one round per trigger squeeze) and automatic. These are military weapons. What so many call "assault rifles" fire only in semi-automatic mode. The

From FoxNews: Attorney General Loretta Lynch told “Fox News Sunday” that much of Omar Mateen’s talk about his allegiance to radical Islamic groups has been removed. Why is this administration removing this information from the released transcript?

Rolling Stone: Why It's Time to Repeal the Second Amendment
Foxmeister replied to Jamie Weaver's topic in RECENT TOPICS
The founding fathers felt it necessary for the citizenry to have the right to arm themselves to protect themselves from an eventual oppressive government. -
Every time I've been to Florida and played golf; I never attempted to retrieve a ball I hit in the water because I have seen many pictures and news stories of alligators at golf courses. Until the news stories about the 2-year old at Disney, I never thought there would be alligators on Disney property. You would think Disney would have taken measures to ensure alligators were not on their property to protect the millions of visitors who go there each year to protect their guests.

Paulding airport authority appoints interim director
Foxmeister replied to Brian's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I bet this guy becomes the permanent director. Whoever the new director is, should concentrate efforts to make it first a successful general airport; especially since commercialization is currently stalled by the FAA. -
People may wrongly assume the reason for the no swimming signs at that lake were because there was no lifeguard, hence why the parents allowed the 2-year old to wade in the water. Again, Disney did not take adequate measures to warn or prevent people from entering the water.

Rolling Stone: Why It's Time to Repeal the Second Amendment

Pretty much all gun stores I go to have security cameras. If this one was so equipped, the FBI could have taken a copy of the video to identify the guy through their facial recognition software. It would have taken just minutes to get a match. If the FBI did not have pictures of this guy in their data base to get a match after having interviewed him several times in the past, would demonstrate further how inept the FBI had been when it came to this guy. -
Back in 2002, the family and I stayed at a camp ground in south Georgia where there was a lake. There were signs all over the place warning campers of alligators. The lake had an area netted off that prevented the gators from entering that part of the lake from the water, allowing campers to swim. Most people from outside the state who visit Florida are unaware that gators pretty much inhabit most lakes and most likely assume the last place they would see a gator is on Disney property. Most of those from outside the state who are aware there are gators pretty much everywhere in Florida

RADICAL ISLAMIC TERRORISTS KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE

You need to study the Afghan culture some. In fact google chi boy. Homosexual acts are not uncommon among Afghan males to include those in the Taliban. -
The judge's name is Aaron Persky and was appointed to the bench by Gov. Gray Davis (D) in 2003.

Fixed it for ya. I have never been to a church where they passed the collection plate ten minutes before services are over. It's usually after the first couple of hymns that start the service. -
The guy was sentenced to six months because the judge was a liberal.

Georgia is suing the Obama administration

It's amazing how there are those in this country who think we should bend over backwards for a small percentage of people in this country when it results in the loss of rights for the majority. Here's how to resolve the transgender bathroom problem: remove restrooms as they are now and make them all one bathroom that has a lock on the inside of the door that keeps everyone else out until you're done. Of course that means there will be lines of people waiting to pee at a public place, but that's the price I guess we'll just have to pay to maintain some privacy when we pee. -
Veterans Who Are Not In Need Of Memorial Support Need You, Too!

If she were a disabled veteran, she would be receiving disability checks. I wonder what her disability and rating is? If she served after 9/11 she would be eligible for the Post 9/11 GI Bill, which would pay all her tuition if she had at least 36 months active duty, provide a housing allowance if she were a full-time student (partial housing allowance for being a part-time student), and a quarterly stipend for books. Disabled veterans also eligible for educational and training assistance. I notice she is wearing a wedding band. If she's married, what the heck is her husband doing to su -
It's amazing how all there are all these news reports out there stating how health care coverage, deductibles, co-pays, and out of pocket expenses have increased significantly more each year since Obama Care was implemented, but the supporters of the left all deny it. Obama Care is failing, yet those on the left continue to support it and claim it's successful.

Merrick B. Garland, For Supreme Court Judge.

What's amazing is the approval rating is far below Congress as a whole than any individual member of Congress. That pretty much says the people think Congress pretty much sucks, except their own senator or representative. -

Being one short does not prevent the SCOTUS from doing its job. It's still in session and hears cases, then makes a decision. The only thing different is there is no tie breaker. If the justices' decision is 4-4, the lower court's decision stands. Another example of how Reid is a hypocrite. -

Exactly! I think the Arab countries should take in the refugees. Jordon has set up refugee camps, but the other Arab countries are not willing to take in refugees, even when the refugees are Islamic in faith.
