The dudes on GON are saying Tuesday into Wednesday. Still 5 days out so they are watching it develop. No check today either. I really don't blame the director. I think it's the owners that are the problem. DD is almost 21 so trying to let her handle it, but this grizzle is starting to get wound up.

That's almost verbatim what I told her. Also told her I'd seriously reconsider going back to work there this summer.

Today when she called, I told her to tell them I'd just come pick up the check for her. This is the SECOND time she's been told it's been mailed. At first they just kept "forgetting" to leave it at the daycare for her to come pick up so they offered to mail it. But we see how THAT'S working out.

So.....as I've mentioned before, my daughter works part time for a local daycare on breaks and over the summer when she's home from college. Well they still owe her a week's pay from when she was home over December break. She's call REPEATEDLY and the director has contacted the owners REPEATEDLY who "claim" they mailed her check. My daughter was ASSURED once again, that her check had been mailed out Monday Well here it is Jan. 21st and still no check. My daughter has called the director AGAIN TODAY who is contacting the owners AGAIN. I smell a fish.......what do y'all think?

And he's predicting a repeat for the 24th/25th time frame!!
