  1. Ive been wondering about that too. I havent heard any explanations but it IS typical behavior for women that get rid of their children. I wasnt shocked in the least to see her with an unidentified man. I was waiting for it. Look at it this way... even IF she has nothing to do with Lisas disappearance, she and her husband now have a major problem b/c of this video. Not to say she couldnt have shopped with a male friend that was truly a friend and nothing more. But, being they released the video with no name or relation to her and she hasnt gone to the media about it, it looks bad.
  2. OH YES. Me, too. The first real tip the police got with the Smith case was her saying in a Today Show interview that she "knew the police were doing everything they could to get her boys back". The investigators said that screamed "guilty". No Mother wouyld ever say that until she HAD HER CHILD/CHILDREN BACK! And, I agree without any doubt. This Mother said she was "tired of answering questions and just wanted to go home and sleep some". I know that every human being has to have some amount of sleep. But, I would imagine that God forbid, if it were me, I would have to be given a tranquil
  3. I've had the same thing with my pregnancies. It was just my body growing and making room for a baby but it does leave you feeling bruised. My ribs were the most sore area. With my son, I remember changing gears while driving was sooooo uncomfortable. But, that all goes away by about the 20th week on average, I think. Congratulations!
  4. Congratulations! Not having to worry about driving on ice and bad conditions really has to be a relief. I HATE that. I would do exactly what you said you're going to do....work on my gardens and my house. You'll love it and you have worked hard for it.
  5. Thanks! I'll stream them to listen. I have really missed that show since I've moved away. The Elizabeth Smart story is so interesting. It's a miracle to see how well adjusted she appears. I think she has a very good family who kept her away from the media until SHE was ready to tell her story.
  6. I've always meant to open that forum but havent. Could someone PM me password? TIA
  7. A bottle of wine is always a great gift for the person who has everything. I'd pick a small Southern vinyard in this case. I have a couple of family members who have everything, so for the past couple years I have given them a card from a charity that tells them I made a donantion in their name. You dont have to give a huge amount either. I have given $40 a few times since that's about the amount I would've spent on a gift they would either return, re-gift or never use.
  8. Any improvement is great, I can imagine after what she's been through. Still praying.
  9. Totally agree with "who does this"?!?!? What sort of demented, evil, sick people think this way and do these things to innocent children?! Our Justice system is way too passive on CONVICTED child molestors, etc. The up side is how they'll be "welcomed" when the other inmates get to them. God help this little boy and hopefully there are no others.
  10. I really dont get to watch very often but I was shocked to see Richard Simmons. I LOVE him soooooooooooooo much. He looked awful...very thin and gaunt. I read online where his reps are saying he's "healthier than ever" but you know that's what they get paid to do. I hope he's okay. He is such an inspiration to so many people.
  11. I have been remembering her each day. Praying that many good things will come of this very hard time. oh, my...I've always thought to fight for your breath would have to be one of the scariest things ever. Praying now.
  12. Thanks....very good to know. Im in the process of getting all of that now.
  13. I agree. Geeze. I guess the interweb moves a lot slower in Ky.GoBlue, he is adorable . Who knew you could do that? Go ahead now and start with the next set of pics. We'd like to see his graduation afterall.
  14. That makes me feel better . I think ? Hope you found what you were looking for. Caramel apples or hot apple cider sound really yummy about now...its all chilly and rainy outside. Feeling like Fall .
  15. My city/County will have it on the next ballot(I'm in South Ga). From what Ive read, it's all but a done deal and it should be. You can get wasted and DRIVE home from a bar but you cant drink a few in your own home not harming anyone? Typical government futility. Buisnesses suffer over it. Alot more actually than I wouldve thought. I've educated myself a little more on the subject and it really will be better for stores who sell. True but they WANT to be open another day from all Ive read about it. It costs them a lot to have a full store just sitting there one full day a week.
  16. I totally thought you were looking for sheets(linens) the color of caramel. but, for this? I got nothin. Sorry .
  17. thanks HWAM! I thought it was 24 hrs. No wonder I didnt think it was very cheap!
  18. Yeah yeah....everybody offers to help til ya move 4 hrs away and need a whole house painted room by room... .
  19. I'm painting my bedroom while watching a Rachel Zoe marathon and waiting on my hot wings(from my favorite bar) to be delivered. I know, I should really settle down one of these days and quit the non stop party lifestyle. I almost feel Kardashian.
  20. Wow. Very neat story. I love it when good things happen to good people.
