It differs from state to state. Where I live, it is illegal to tell the other parent "you don't deserve to see the children" even if it is true because you are denying the parent their rights. It doesn't even matter if they are not paying child support. Unless you can prove that the parent is a physical threat to the minors, you have to deal with psychological abuse and you are not allowed to have a say so in the matter. I personally am inclined to believe that it is the relationship or connection you have with your Spiritual Being.
