exactly! I either spend hours at my computer or hours on the phone. When I know I have a long call I will walk around. I also have an organized mess as I call it and I keep everything I use a lot just out of reach, enough that I would have to stretch to get it or get up for it. When I`m out of my office I take walks daily, even if it is for 15-20 minutes. It makes a big difference. But, you can still stay active and make up exercises when you are chained to your desk, just be creative.
