We like to go to Tanner Beach in Carrolton!! It's only $5 per car load,, and we stay all day!! You can swim in the lake,, go paddle boating,, and I think they have some trails to walk too.. We went last Saturday and packed up some coolers and cooked out on the grills that they have there!! Tons of fun,, and doesnt cost much at all!! We ended up taking 5 cars loaded down,, but still,, for $25 we had tons of fun with a ton of ppl!!

That's how it was when I had my son, and he was born in Cobb County...if he was not present to sign the birth certificate the only way to get his name on it was to have a notorized copy with his signature giving permission for his name to be put on it....this was back in May of this year.

me and my sons father are not married.....in the state of ga, the fther HAS to sign the birth certificate if he wants to be recognized by the state as the father(in my case, he was not there and did not sign, I filled out his info, but it does not show on his certificate), and as far as child support goes, they dont do a paternity test unless the father disputes that he is the childs father, at least that is what the child support ppl told me, and it is paid by the father as an additional amount added to his weekly payments along with any other fees from the court.
