I have an idea for mature people........ If you like Chris and his reports, open up and read his topics. If you do not like the reports that he does, simply do not read them. IS this so hard to do?

I followed him on here and on FB during the last storm. He was accurate with his reports......the professionals were not. Just sayin.

Chris....don't let these people get you down. Continue to update us....there are those of us that appreciate it.

I have a personal relationship with my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I talk to Him at different times thru the day. He hears me when I cry on His name and always answers my prayers. Like a parent, sometimes the answer is yes, sometimes it is no. He knows what is best for me. I love being able to call on Him when needed and just being able to talk to Him when I need to. He talks to me thru His word, the Holy Bible.

Another topic mentioned a drunk driver being searched for.

People make good money doing this. There are many reasons that it is done. Most of them listed above.

I do completely understand that......I did not mean to sound like I was shrugging off your concern, our kids are always our top priority. I was making an "in general" statement, many of us are used to hearing people practicing and that does not bother me, the single shot scares me tho.

When I hear "lots of shots" I am not worried becuase I know someone is target practicing. It is when I hear a "single" shot that worries me and I begin wondering who got shot. Just sayin.

You seem appauled that teenagers own guns. My teenage son has several and I am not appauled at all. He is a very respectful teenager who uses them to hunt with and if it came down to it he would use them to protect me and his family. He has many adult men who are very responsible and take him hunting (preachers, youth directors, police officers and a homeland security man). He knows how to use and "respect" a gun and human life. I am very proud of my gun owning teenager. Yes, he owns guns and a Bible and has been raised to respect life and people. What he does not own

Well said. I enjoy a good expensive meal as much as the next person, however the budget does not.

I am thankful that the event did not happen. What worries me is the "next one". Two weeks in a row of warnings and nothing happened. The next one to come people will not believe the warnings and we will see many people trapped on the roadways.
