You should back up what you say with some facts. IMO, our best interests is what works for the entire country, not just certain groups. We all have the opportunity to make it on our own depending on what direction we choose to go. Some whites/blacks/hispanics, etc., make the right choices, some don't. Voter suppression is not requiring an ID, but guys standing in front of a voting place with baseball bats would be to most normal people. Maybe one day Democrats will understand that having people proving who they are to vote doesn't take anything away, but having undocumented voters does.

I am truly sorry for the loss of your signs. My husband had his work truck keyed across a political sticker in Atlanta 6 yrs ago, so we know how it feels. As far as your neighbor goes, perhaps, to be fair, you should inform her that this is certainly not one-sided as both sides do this. She should vote on the issues instead of emotions.

Even after the facts came out, the assault/battery/theft and that the officer was assaulted as well, you and others here still placed the officer at fault. Who's giving who the bye? Anyone who is assaulted (the officer was assaulted first as he sat in his car) has the right to defend himself.

The U.S. has so many people from virtually every country on earth that we have to try to be all things to all people. It's like a blueprint to fail. When we pick and chose different genders/religions/races etc., to 'help' we make it worse because some will always be left out which leads to anger and many times violence. I wonder if we would all be better off if everything was taken out of our laws that divided people by definitions. Just some thoughts I had, please think about this before slamming me please.

Men overall gets a raw deal with child support. A friend of mine had proof that his son was no longer living in the mother's home and was out on his own (lives in another state) the case worker said 'there's nothing' we can do, and so he had to keep paying support. Would never happen if it was reversed. As far as I know, it's all based on income. Absent parent has to pay a percentage of their income.
