If you vote in the primary elections they should be sending you stuff. Maybe you are lucky not to get all of it. Some of them have been full of lies and downright mean. This site won't clear it up for you though!

DOT - Why do you like to keep telling this lie? Braddock has voted against many tax increases and even rolled back the tax rate once. That is what the tax record and her public voting record show. You should at least be truthful.

You are mistaken. Braddock addressed her voting record at the Chamber event saying she voted against taxes except for one so that is not true. The boe didn't increase taxes every year, where do you get your information?

So after you and your buddies on here band together to smear the candidates you don't like and promote the ones you do, I find it RICH that you are indignant about another group banding together to promote the candidates they like and according to you "smear" the ones they don't by bringing facts out. After meeting all the DA candidates I think I am going with Donovan. He seems to be the strongest candidate IMO

I agree. You can tell a lot about who a candidate is going to cater to by looking at who is behind them. Course some candidates get a pass no matter what they do, others don't. The double standards on here are comical.

Actually I know more than you think. I watched both Golden and Braddock on the board, and she is definitely the better candidate of the two. The FACT is, on taxes, Braddock mostly voted against them, Golden ALWAYS voted for them, public record, and a FACT. The fact that Golden never stood up for anything, matter of opinion, but you can ask any former board member that served with him or BOE employee that attended board meetings during that time and they will tell you. I think late 80's through the 90's before the high county growth. He was a yes man and will be again. Our test scores and graduation rates were in the toilet. Daniel at least stood up to the establishment though I don't like the fact that he had an affair with his mother in law. He is my second choice. Avery is a Democrat, nuff said.
