I've used cream of mushroom and/or cream of chicken too.

For the filling, I've always used a can of cream of celery soup and a cup of chicken broth mixed together... add salt and pepper to taste- pour it over whatever veggies you want (frozen work great!) and the chicken. for the top crust- bisquick, butter & milk

GAS- every time! burner on- it is hot. burner off- cool. electric eyes stay hot for a while and tend to burn people that aren't aware.
