So that takes the whole thing back to the law that already exists. Since it is so hard to enforce without an accident, it is perfectly well covered by the existing law. Just to be crystal clear ... I am not defending distracted driving. There's no doubt that there should be serious consequences. My point has been and still is that we don't need different laws for different distractions.

America that contains many previously unknown species. I tend to doubt that there are bigfoots (or would that be feet? ) but I certainly don't 100% discount the possibility. You know, I can understand paying a fee to get out of a contract for other reasons but if the Realtor is absolutely not doing their job there should be no cost to the homeowner in firing them. I almost hurt myself laughing so hard at a guy that was interviewed after a tornado ... "They always say it sounds like a train but I didn't hear no whistle."

I've been here for over 10 years and I still overreact to the tornado stuff. I have eased up some ... I no longer get the closet ready as soon as they say there is a watch, nor do I dive into it as soon as they say there is a warning. :lol:
