"Bugs" are good, in some quantities. I do my best to avoid the antibacterial hand soaps and dish soaps etc.

Vegetarian is not normal for the human animal but neither is consuming the massive amounts of meat that we do now in this country. All of the chemicals, genetic engineering, additives, processing, etc. ... well, it has to weigh on our systems. And that's in all of our foods, not just meat.

And they had a "successful" suicide a while ago, too.

Hot Shots absolutely had a suicide ... that was a while back, though. There was another event there not too long ago. Don't recall the details, though. just found the thread from the recent one ... http://paulding.com/forum/index.php?/topic/234332-man-shot-at-firing-range/

Are pet owners responsible for damage to others' property?
UnionMom replied to November Rain's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Liable isn't a legal issue but a number of laws do follow the same path as liability. Feel free to contact any personal injury or accident attorney. You will find that pet owners are technically liable for their animals. (Also, you will find that there have been successful civil cases for damages against adult pedestrians for accidents in which they were at fault.) Now ... would an individual personally feel right about pursuing such action against a pet owner ... that's a whole other thing. -

Damaging a car is no different than any other damage a loose dog could cause. If your dog gets out and goes and kills the neighbor's chickens, you're liable for the chickens. If your dog gets out and bites a kid, you're liable for the bite. The dog is, in essence, an extension of you. -

Are pet owners responsible for damage to others' property?

It doesn't ... that's why you often see/hear stories of children (and adults) being hit by vehicles and there being no charges against the driver. And the comparison to guard rails and parked cars is apples to oranges as those are fixed obstacles in the road to be avoided by all drivers. The dog running into the road is uncontrolled private property, no different than if your parked car were to somehow roll out into the road. Owner is liable. -
Remember folks ... even if you can't give blood yourself, spreading the word is helpful, too. If you can give blood, please do your best to try to get to this blood drive. They do ask that folks try to make appointments (it helps them staff/stock supplies appropriately) but they do also accept whatever walk-ins they can handle. I'll post some updates later today re: number of appointments still available, other blood drives coming soon in the area, and any other questions y'all may have.

Good for them ... that's quick!

Deer aren't privately owned. Whether or not you would go after the owner for damages is a matter of personal choice but the basic answer is yes, they are liable. -
:clapping: Keep it going, folks. We'll get to that 100 and beyond!!

Another good review ... (part of it, anyway)

You can help by spreading the word. The more people there are who know about it, the more people there are that will be likely to give. I'm not able to give but I'm doing what I can to help get the word out.

As I get the schedule(s), I'll be sure to pass the info along.

And it speaks volumes of the world we live in when folks start thinking things like that.
