We are open and have lots of sweets for your sweetie. Banana Foster cheesecake, oreo cheesecake and dolce de leche cheesecaks. mmmmm. Brownies, cookies, heart shaped cakes. Cupcakes! I know the weather isn't perfect for getting out, but looks like the roads are clear in front of the bakery!

haha! I think that is awesome. Come by and get some cake. To anyone who came by earlier today to get a cheeseballs, I apologize. Our Food processor wasn't working last night, so I didn't get to grind the pecans to coat them until around noon today. I have my Mexican cheeseball ready for tomorrow. My hubby is going to be happy, I added some extra jalapenos for him. lol. I also made Ranch Cheeseballs. I really hate it that some of you came in today and didn't get what you were looking for. Once again, I apologize.

My daughter is a musical theatre major, so I have been to lots of musicals. lol. My favorite musical movie is Hair. Classic hippie fun with awesome music. My favorite live performance musical is Jekyll and Hyde. LOVE the music.

It is a very busy weekend at Bumble Bee Bakery. We have so many birthday, shower, wedding and groom's cakes that will be picked up today and tomorrow. But we haven't forgot that it is Superbowl weekend! We will have our awesome cheeseballs ready for your party! While you are at the bakery, you could grab some Cheesecake Cupcakes-which are our Cupcake of the Month for Feb. Or an eclair, cream horn, fudge, cookies, etc.

I like old fashion names or offbeat names. Something no other kid in the class will be named, but not some made up name. I like Lawson, Smith (yes, as a first name) Otis, Hiram (you could call him Hi. haha), Moses, Tobias, Grady. I could go on, but I doubt you will like any of the names I do. Like I said, I know they are old fashioned or off beat.

We will be having it again. I will post it here when we do. I think we are having the ham and bean soup and french onion this week.

We had a couple at the bakery say they went there and ate a hamburger and it was the best burger they have ever had! So, maybe it just depends on what you get. I do know that sometimes you have to give places a 2nd chance.

We have strawberry cupcakes, and I was thinking about making lemon cupcakes or a cake this week. Also, something cinnamony (is that a word? lol) This week we are going to start making sweet treats for you Valentine. So come get something special for your Sweetie. (Even if your Sweetie is YOU!) haha! you are thin, you can eat a coconut cupcake. Aww, thanks for the kind words! I really enjoyed meeting some awesome P.com people yesterday. I brought home the last bowl of potato soup and you are right, it was delish!

Depends on just how many honey cakes you want. lol Unfortunately, we just don't have a big enough market of people to buy them, so it isn't profitable for us to have sugar free items in the case. I have made some chocolate cream cheese tarts and lemon parfaits that were sugar free for special orders. Sorry, there us even a smaller group of customers that want gluten free. And we are so busy, we have to do what sells the most.

Hi! I just wanted to tell you all that our soup today is a delicious creamy corn chowder! We have had so many request, we are going to be working on making fudge today. My sister requested lemon fudge, so I am going to make that. janice is going to make traditional chocolate. I love my job.
