I just picked out a cake for my daughters wedding (Sept. 2) Its a 5 layer cake feeds 150-200 people. Here's the shocker $419.00 plus $75 rental fee which you get $55.00 of that back plus a topper price varies. I couldn't believe the costs. I'm going to have to think about this for a couple of days This is at Publix- Mirror Lake

Has anyone noticed all the signs at Ridge Rd and Hwy 92, on the south side corner? No joke, there are about 20 of them and they are the BIG ones. There are subdivision signs galore and also a Kroger sign and I can't remember what else but, there are WAY TOO MANY of them and it looks ugly. Sign Litter, is another Paulding problem!!

I just saw on the TV that ONLY 97% of the precints have reported for Paulding County, We can't give up on Donovan until 100% precints are turned in, RIGHT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Locksmiths cost too much and I need some deadbolt locks installed, anyone have the tools and knw how and the time to do it????? I have the locks already. If my guy can't do it (he don't have spare time) can some one please help me? I will pay you!

Is there any place in the Board of Education Budget that would or should show this money from the builders/developers? I am very curious about this myelf. I will try to be at these meetings, if at all possible and if I can remember when they are.

Did you get the coupon in the mail from Kroger? Every now and then I get these coupons in the mail that corresponds with using your Kroger Card. The coupon is like " Get $7.00 off your next order of $70.00 or more" or something like that. I had tried to give my daughter a coupon like this and of course her Kroger card # DID NOT MATCH my card # and they would not let her use the coupon. There is only 2 of us and we eat out more than we cook at home. I hardly ever buy that much groceries at one time. That was a GREAT IDEA though. Very kind of you to offer it to someone else.

I am on here pcom'n and I hear a 4 wheeler go up & down the street, actually I think it is going from 1 s/d to another. Do people not have any consideration for other folks now-a-days? (did I word that right?) Where are the parents, is what I would like to know! Just venting.

~ only bc he started so many arguements with his royal gayness, LMAOspeckin of "GRASS CUTTIN PARTIES", Maybe I need to have one. I cut my grass yesterday and it took me 2 hrs and 4 breaks to get it done and boy, oh boy, IT IS SOOO BAD! I WILL JUST HAVE TO PAY SOME ONE TO COME CUT IT NEXT WEEK! It really looks horrible. I'm not a grass cutter, hubby bought a lawn mower that I can't crank , well I thought I'd try it out and what a mistake that was.

I was looking at all the different links, just browsing and I saw on the main page that there was a section that listed "Todays Birthdays" and my guess is that the # beside the screenname is the age of this person, I think this info is private and should not be displayed in such a way. That should be up to the person to let everyone know it's their "BIRTHDAY". I know that only about half of p.com knows who is who but, maybe some people on here would rather not share that info. Would anyone else on here like to share their opinion
on the subject?

Did she buy the house or rent? If it was purchased, was she told about the history of the house? I believe there is a law that says the seller/realtor has to disclose this type of info. If it was not disclosed she can take some kind of action against the seller/realtor, If I am not mistaken.

It was something like the man held his wife hostage for a day or 2 and killed his wife I believe he died also. The police threw in tear gas, not sure if he shot himself or if the police shot him. But, you know we don't have any ""NEWS"" papers that tell that kind of stuff. So. I have no clue as to where you could find out "EXACTLY" what happened.

I will always "KEEP GIVING". When I was younger I was on welfare for a little while, I married at a young age and had a child. I always felt really greatful that "WELFARE" was an option for me! I promised myself, that if I were able to give back to the community, I WOULD. This is my payback. I donate school supplies, toys at Christmas, Easter clothes. I clean out my pantry a few times a year and give to the needy. We also give to the Senior Citizens. Make donations to the Warehouse of hope. It is also a good feeling that I can help someone.

I bought my daughter one for her Anniversary Gift, they love it and if you are that concerned with it breaking buy one from Sam's or Best Buy and get the Service Plan, I think Sam's maybe a yr and best Buy may be for 2 or 3 yrs. It depends on the price of the item really. I know Clark Howard said do not buy the exteded warranties but, sometimes I think it IS a good idea. With my luck it is, anyway!!!

I dislike it when people leave their buggies in parking spaces but, I never thought of it being a mom with 2 or 3 kids. In that case I would take the kids with me to the buggy rack instead of leaving them in the car. I will always ask someone if I can take their buggy, If I see someone loading up the vehicle, I will tell them to leave it right there and I will take it. Or if I see 2 in a parking space I will take both, so someone else can park in the space. ****DO UNTO OTHERS, AS YOU'D HAVE OTHERS DO UNTO YOU!!****
