And NEVER rent to friends. That is the one that screwed me over the worst. We've had decent tenants. Many of them. But, I am a soft touch, and they learned that quickly. Many times, I've heard the sob story about illnesses and job losses and agreed to work with them, only to be left holding the bag when they decide to move out. Never get caught back up on the rent. Those were my fault, and I didn't feel too bad about them. They left the place in decent shape. Then I let a friend move in and she destroyed the place in a matter of months. The thing a lot people seem to not realize

Karaoke did me in! LOL! -
LOL! We are debating NEVER renting out our house again after the monster moved out this last time. Of course, we have several thousands in repairs before we can re-rent it anyway. And of course, she can't understand how we would dare to keep the security deposit. Only time we ever had to keep it too.

Too many windows around. Just a shadow.

I'm partial to north Paulding, but it has been home for a bazillion years. It's close to I-75, but still has plenty of areas with horses, or in the case of my house, cows! Lots of subdivisions, but that is all over the county.

Boy, you can tell the full moon is this weekend. The calls are coming in! -
I have been so insulted. Boo hoo. I tossed and turned a whole millisecond over this attack. I think the reasonable people all agree this is one twisted old man, and he deserves to be locked away for attacking a 2yo baby. I hope he and others with that mentality learn a BIG lesson.

Sesame Street always made me laugh. They always add those little twists to make the adults amused. I wish I had little ones around so I could have an excuse to watch it again.

I just turned off messages from you because you like to threaten people where no one can see. Kind of like nasty old men who like to slap babies who can't defend themselves. People like that don't want to deal with real life, just hide behind their bravado. Obviously, you don't have an education. That's okay. You brought it up, not me. I really could care less what kind of education you have. I know I went to a state and nationally accredited university, so you can pretend it is something else. I know it makes you feel big and bad. You can spit and sputter online. Okay. Not a pr

I had a totally different thought process going here.

I didn't think it was directed at me. I just wanted to clarify.

Last night, my kids and I were sitting on the deck and I said to them, ' I never want to live in a vegetative state, dependent on some machine and fluids from a bottle. If that ever happens, just pull the plug.' They got up, unplugged the Computer, and threw out my wine.

I don't care what color someone is. If they are up to no good, I want them gone. And honestly, the weirdos that I have seen at my house have all been white. I really wasn't talking about my family there. lol!

I have called out my husband's name and told him some strange man was at the door even when he isn't home . . . "Honey, somebody's at the door. . . NO, I don't know who it is . . . Well, get it out if you think they're up to something, but I'm going to see what they want. . . I think it's loaded, the clip is right there if not." THEN, I ask, "Who is it?" He may not be at home, but I figure the person on the other side of the door doesn't know for that for sure. It has got people to back off and leave pretty quickly. I have also answered the door they are not at. If they a

I did. You wanna play that game? Got a Master's Degree and I am a licensed professional. From a real school and everything. But, YOU posted the topic. And the topic was about a strange adult male slapping a baby. And you think it is acceptable for people to punish others' children. So, how about you? How's your education? BTW, I knew you couldn't ignore me. You just can't stand it.
-
Look at you! Jumping in the line of fire to protect you buddy. Ain't you just the sweetest thing! Bless your heart.

The thread is about a baby and you are stating it can be a good idea. You are the one missing the point. Sadly, and very common for you. Curious, you are stating YOU would have no problem slapping a stranger's child because it got on YOUR nerves? That is what it appears to mean from your praising post of this man. Isn't it pitiful when someone says someone was 'wrong' but then turns around and says it is justified to do it? Were they only 'wrong' because they got arrested? Not for the action?
