  1. Keep us updated and we are sending out tons of prayers and positive vibes.
  2. Prayers sent. Try these things as well, a flashlight against her stomach, the baby may react to the light. Or an ice pack against her stomach. I had a high risk first pregnancy, and he was actually due on 4/08, but came a little early. He will turn 22 on 3/25. I remember that panicky feeling when you can't feel the baby move. I am hoping this is just a nervous thing and she can get this baby motivated to start boogieing in the womb.
  3. I just know how drama spreads and I wanted people to be aware that a middle schooler MAY not be the best source of info about such an event, especially 2nd, 3rd, and 4th hand. BTW, it looks like I was right.
  4. People, slow down! This came from a parent who got it from a child who got it from another child. If it was a hit and run, I would expect that Nixle would have sent out a report to be on the lookout, and Pubby would have a story going. Let's not hang someone yet. Let's get some real facts! I remember when I heard about the kid at my son's school who was slammed into the wall and an ambulance took him to the hospital. He was in a coma, but they were hoping for the best. I called HIS mother. He had been slammed into the wall. No ambulance. 2 stitches at the doctor's office and he was outside
  5. And a Tsunami heading towards Hawaii. I'd say God is PISSED! Something is going screwy in the world.
  6. If a badly broken leg is the worst of it, that is good. It could have been so much worse. I hope that is all, and I pray for a speedy recovery.
  7. I drove by while they were working on him. I thought it was a car wreck, but I did realize someone was lying on the ground. I really hope this child is okay. So sad to think of a child doing a normal stupid kid thing and something like this happening. We left that accident only to come upon another bad accident at 92 near Crossroads.
  8. Seriously? Zebra? Now a buffalo? I think they are looking for the ark after all the rain we've had.
  9. Good point! We were trying to use it for our group, but it just wasn't working out. We may go back to it once we get the hang of it. We found another program where we can chat and share files, etc.
  10. I have Google Wave, and just can't figure out what good it is. Are you having success with it? And if so, what the heck am I missing?!
  11. Watch out! They are trying to tap into the lotto money for other things. They are slipping it in by starting out by adding money from the lottery for more private university money (which would benefit my family). However, once they get the green light to tap into it, then they can suddenly use it for whatever they want. We need to make sure it stays the way it is.
  12. If I get a video, I don't touch it unless the person who sent it to me PERSONALLY lets me know they sent it. It can be from a note in their words, or their comments. I have gotten strange videos from people who never send me stuff and the words are not written anywhere near their style of talking. I just send them a note and ask if they have been hacked or if they really sent it. Everytime, they were not the senders. I don't add all those apps, and if I do play something, I go through and delete it immediately. As long as you are not sending or accepting all that crap they tout, then you
  13. 7yo White Male, Red Hair Green Eyes, via Nixle. The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing seven year old last seen January 17, 2010 leaving 1576 Taylors Gin Rd Temple, GA 30179. The child, Joshua Tyler Hoover (“Josh”), is believed to be with his biological father, William Eugene Hoover, who is now wanted in connection with the child’s disappearance. On January 15, 2010, the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office was presented with a valid court order signed by a Carroll County Superior Court judge ordering that custody of the seven year old be given to the biological fa
  14. I have never cried my way out of a ticket. And I have gotten tickets in the past, none in the last several years. Only gotten away with a warning twice. Once when I was a teenager and didn't deserve just a warning; and once when my tag was expired, but I had the emission thingie and the tag bill in the seat next to me because I was on the way to get it. He believed me because of that. And I was telling the truth, so that helps.
  15. I added Paulding, but it is rarely that I shop here. I usually shop in Bartow county, followed closely by Cobb. I will run to a grocery store in Paulding at times, but I would rather pull my own eye teeth than try to shop in Hiram any more than necessary. Traffic, crazy drivers, people not knowing how to use a stop sign, etc. You should have at least included every county that touches Paulding as an option.
  16. Even if it were a medically facility, or especially a mental health facility, someone there SHOULD have contacted the authorities. This person obviously has some issues which could make him a danger to others. If this was any type of professional organization, they have breached ethics by NOT contacting the authorities after a viable threat was made and a weapon was available.
  17. Wouldn't the school administrators be guilty of possessing child porn if they had these images saved?
  18. My daughter has been a HUGE sock monkey fan forever. I love this commercial.
  19. So heartbreaking! I will pray for his family, his friends, and his brothers and sisters in arms. They are all hurting right now.
  20. Thank you for all the Anniversary wishes! We pulled off the surprise with my daughter. She had no clue we were anywhere near Macon. lol! And now, my baby girl is turning 20yo today. How did we go from here To here so quickly!
  21. I meant to DVR it! I saw the previews and we were shocked at what the manager was doing just on the previews.
  22. Aw! Thanks everyone! We are putting off celebrating because of the weather issues, and instead, we are surprising my daughter for her birthday. We are driving down to take her and her boyfriend out to dinner. He is in on it, so I am not going to mess up their plans. SHH! Don't let her know!
