  1. Back in the early 70's I had a buddy that was working his way through high school as a dope dealer and he always called his mother "man". As in: "What's for dinner man?" (back then the dope was mostly pot, some downers, a little acid and maybe the occasional THC and from what I understand it is a different pot from what they have today, not that is was ok then either) (ahhh, the good old days)
  2. I may be in the minority with this opinion, but I have no problem making someone put forth some effort to register and vote. Instead of signing them up at the grocery store, make them have to go and register to vote and make them have to put forth some effort in getting there to vote and alsoshow who they are when they vote. Just my two sense. (get it...sense...I crack me up)
  3. There are a lot of players that should probably "face the music". As far as I am concerned, Hank Aaron still holds the title for most home runs. Heck back in the day, the players were doing things that hurt their play and they were still better than today's players. This goes for all sports, not just baseball. Love of money may or may not be the root of all evil, but it sure has ruined pro sports. (and it ain't done college sports much good either)
  4. I think the second doc was just a sign of liberal health care. (just kidding my buddy mrnn, not a serious comment) I hope one of the suggested doctors works out for you.
  5. No one has ever said that to me, thank god. Wait a minute......
  6. Awww, come on. Attack of the Killer Tomatoes is one of those that is soooo bad, it is good.
  7. I think I mentioned this in another thread, my best friend's step-daughter is a public defender and has been assigned to one of these kids case.
  8. I tried to get the wife to watch it the other night. She is always after me to watch new movies. No go.
  9. Yep, that was the horror movie I saw. (duck food getting a little too pricey huh)
  10. Will do, as we all need to be on the same page.
  11. No thanks, I will just take your word for it. I think I saw a horror movie that started that way. Somehow I get the idea that once that basement door is opened, I will get conked on the head and wake up bound and gagged with Blondie in a wedding dress saying, now we are married and you will never leave me. :I look around and I see the others, tied and gagged, looking at me with eyes that say; be afraid, be very afraid:
  12. I think I agree with you. However, I need to run it up the flagpole and see who salutes.
  13. Best prime rib I've had, Lawry's The Prime Rib. But I don't think there is one in Paulding.
  14. Hey man, it's all cool. Don't let the man get you down. Stay groovy!
  15. My memory, and I think it is correct, is that Henri's was one street up off Roswell Rd., where Peachtree and Roswell come together with W. Paces. You turned west on that street and Henri's was on the right. Edited from left to right. You could also turn one block west of that intersection off W. Paces and get to it that way also.
  16. I am confused, how many husbands does Blondie have tied up in the basement?
  17. I remember as a kid when we would beg to stop by Henri's for a treat. (that was in the mid 60's also) I also remember when I learned it wasn't pronounced Henry's.
  18. I can't say anything. (my safe word is apples)
  19. Do I believe that real evil exist? Believe it? I was married to it. (Ok, she isn't evil....st least I am pretty sure she isn't)
  20. Do you happen to know any names and numbers?
  21. You got him tied up in the basement huh. Glad he is doing ok.
  22. I have found that mirrors help make it look like there are more people.
