Interesting. A few thoughts after watching the video. 1. The kid used the word "sad" to describe what was happening. I agree with him, it is sad that this kid wasted so much of these officer's time. 2. The kid went looking for a hassle and he created one. 3. Interesting that the kid received a ticket recently for doing 84 mph in 65 mph speed zone. Perhaps his bad view of LE is do to his getting caught breaking the law. And lastly, while I applaud the troopers for not giving the kid the beating his parents never gave him, the kid sure needs one.
