The lawsuit is filed. It is not being dropped, so it needs to be resolved in the courts. If the court case shows laws or rules were broken, then that would also be the American way. If the court case shows that laws or rules were not violated then, again, that is the American way.

You know, the more I thought about your post, the more it bothered me. I wrote an entire book about the airport on here and not one time did I denigrate a single person. Yet your response wasn't even two sentences old before you were making snide comments about Tod Pownell. Unless you have had a personal experienc, where you know that Mr. Pownell was crying crocodile tears, in my opinion, your reply was not called for. Ohhh, just for the record, I have defended Blake Swafford and David Carmichael the same way.

We have a different take on that "tearful" speech by Mr. Pownell. To my knowledge, it was the only time the word was even brought up.
