Well I'm probably one of few here who asked for a Democrat ballot. On it there was only the presidential race and the race between Ron Davis and Jeremiah fields.

I voted for Ron Davis yesterday.

My daughter and I went to Mt.Tabor to vote this morning at around 8:15. We were the fourth and fifth in line and I'm glad we got there when we did because the line grew quickly. She turned 18 in December, it was her first time voting.

Dr Mayfield at New Hope Urgent Care is the best. I actually prefer her over my sons pediatrician. I take him to her first even though it costs a little bit more.

I hate winter.

I have gotten some great deals at Kohl's. However, I have never been impressed with the majority of clothes they sell, as far as quality. Like Low said, Belk and JC Penney are much better. Belk has awesome sales.

My neighbors 3 doors down burned a bunch of plastic in their front yard several weeks ago. Their yard looks like crap and they still have Christmas and Valentines Day lights up. Yes, that's right I said Valentine's Day lights. They turn them off during the day and turn them back on at night. We also have a guy on our street living in a camper in someones front yard. It irks me beyond belief. We plan on selling your house within the next year and these people aren't going to be helping.

I gave myself a pedicure today. Flip flop season is near. I hope.

A friend of mine was on Family Feud last week for the second time. She speaks highly of Steve Harvey. Good to know I can early vote at Mt. Tabor. Woot.

That's terrible. Did the person who hit him stop? I hope he's ok too.

I'm sure there are honest politicians out there somewhere in the world. None of them have run for president though. As long as politicians continue to pander to special interest groups, there will be no room for complete honesty.

I was thinking the same thing but I do agree with what he/she is saying. This is a dumb battle to pick. It's not going to help republicans win because most of us can see it for what it is. A desperate attempt of obstruction.

It really is. I just hope people will be respectful and mourn the loss of a fellow human before thinking about their political gains or losses. Some of the comments I've seen on social media make me smh.

We will probably have filet mignon and shrimp for dinner. We use any and every excuse to have filet mignon for dinner. "Hey honey, I cleaned out the closet today, we should celebrate with filet and shrimp!"..."well,ok!". We don't really go all out for Valentine's Day at our house. I usually get my hubby a card and he gets me flowers or something. Actually, about a month ago I told him to give me scratch offs. We'll see if he remembers.

I've heard good things about Evans BBQ. I'm a fan of Rodney's although I wish their portions were bigger. We make our own BBQ but I always make sure I have Rodney's regular barbecue sauce on hand.

We should have p.com lunch and try out the new BBQ place. Afterwards we can all go out in the parking lot and duke it out over politics. I kid. Eta- wait, wrong thread. I thought we were talking about barbecue. The same could still apply at the new chicken restaurant that I have no desire to try.
