all the more reason for me to get movin. Dementia runs in my family on my moms side. She is very active at 62, she does Zumba at least 3 times a week. That's promising. I hate the thought of going through what she did with my grandmother.

I was spakned as a child, Didn't help me one bit. I still raised major hell as a teenager. I don't have a problem with spanking but I don't do it personally. It just never occurs to me to hit my kid. She has always been a really good kid for the most part. I've never had a reason. I may get the urge soon though as she enters her teen years.

A close family member of mine came by my house last night. He is very skinny and not himself lately. I'm scared he is doing meth. I worried about him all night. ugh. I really didn't want to share thins info on here but if anyone can maybe give me signs to look for or advice i'd appreciate it. Nothing wrong with taking a closer look at where our food comes from. A little more plant in our diet couldn't hurt. My daughter dosen't eat red meat or pork. I've often thought about giving it up but man I love me some steak & cheeseburgers.
