  1. Agreed! It's way too loud! Hate it.
  2. I agree! I have reconnected and made some truly awesome friends via FB. I freaking love it and I'm thankful for it.
  3. Dallas Tire. I highly recommend them. After a few bad experiences with Walmart and discount tire, we tried them, we will never go anywhere else for tires.
  4. Let me know if you go, I will join you. I have been wanting to try it. Is everything fried? I'm not a big fan of fried seafood.
  5. Me too. Much better. I hate to hear it.
  6. I guess I am too. I don't post pictures of my food usually, but I do enjoy looking at other people's food. I love food! If I am bothered that much by a persons posts, I either delete them or put them on hide.
  7. I've gotten friend requests from strangers, usually males.
  8. Balsamic beef French dip sandwiches and homemade baked fries.
  9. How did y'all read it on Facebook? I'm confused...

  13. Crab legs and scallops. I love them both but I have a fear of over cooking them. They're too expensive to mess up. Other than that I can't think of anything I don't like cooking. Im no surepip but I like long and involved recipes, they exite me.
  14. I have noticed that all candy tastes better when shaped like an egg. Except jellybeans.
  15. My deepest condolences. I'm all choked up.
  16. This is excellent advice. My dad drank a lot when I was a kid. He got sober when I was 12. I may have felt even more distant from him after he got sober. It wasn't until I became a troubled teenager for lack of better words, that I really started to communicate with him, he opened up to me about some of the struggles he had faced as a kid and teenager. He had some really great stories that I could relate to. I felt that he understood me and that meant the world to me. It still does. My dad took the time to find out about me and I listened and found out more about him. I have a respect for him
  17. Yes I did, When I say "we" I referring to the general population. most did not know. Lets get real here, It was left off of the July ballot because certain elected officials didn't want it interfering with re-election. It was left off of the November ballot because a certain elected official failed to notify the state in time after repeated warnings -- both written and verbal -- that the deadline was changed by the state and was fast approaching. Even though David Austin promised it would be on the November ballot. It was not advertised at all for yesterday's vote because the same elec
  18. You think we'll have school? I guess I better run to FREDS and stock up. seriously though, I JUST WANT TO BE WARM! I'm so tired of the cold.
  19. Yea, I certainly won't be blaming myself. I understand the concept of separation of church and state. I wish our local government did. It's a law that never should have been in place to begin with. It has nothing to do with whether or not people were passionate about it. It's the fact that nobody knew about it. Why didn't we know about it? Something stinks. Next election, it's time to clean house.
  20. I just got back from voting at Mount Tabor Park. I was the only one in there. There was a lady coming in as I was leaving though. They said it has been a "slow trickle" all day.
  21. My husband and I will be going later as well. We will be voting yes, for the freedom to purchase a legal product.
  22. A fire was reported, but it was given the all clear. No fire.
